I did apply for other deemed colleges. But i considered a few points which helped me choose this college. 1.This is an old college, established in 1984, and many of the alumni are now highly accomplished doctors who are top of their respective fields. 2.Fees was the lowest among the deemed colleges in Maharashtra. 3.This college is known for its quality education, great extracurricular activities and most importantly excellent patient flow with adequate learning opportunities for all Admission is through NEET-UG examination and counselling is done ALL INDIA with many students from outside of Maharashtra choosing this college. Cutoff during my admission in 2020 was 490 marks out of 720 in NEET-UG. Overall admission experience was smooth and no problems were faced
