college offers undergraduate and postgraduate with different courses and also management programs the library attracts more and the labs are well maintained. placements are also good. placements is based upon our skills. by buliding our skills and using it where it requried helps us to get good placements with great packages. they conduct exams for every course we learn by this we can improve our skills in it.

Placement Experience

they provide placements every year. placement training will start from 1st year of 1st semester in B.tech and the placements will start in 3rd year 2 semester. they help us to bulid our skills not only in coding but also in communication skills in english.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college starting fee was 1 lakh without special fee.The college has many classrooms and labs with computers. They train students for placements from 1st year. college has different clubs for cultural activities.

Campus Life

club activities will start from 2nd year of b.tech . various clubs are provide including NSS and Hindustan scouts and guides. feats like traditional day, annual day, alumini meet for passed out students and freshers days are conducted.

Hostel Facilities

college provide hostel for boys and girls separately. with 4 members in one room . we can choose room with attached washrooms or with common washrooms. they also provide snacks at evening time. hostel food is average but sometimes it is bad. other facilities are good.

Hostel Fee: INR 110000 per year

i have joined this college by eamcet councelling in reservation category. in first round i got the seat in this college in computer science(ai&ml) branch. many of the people suggested this college is good. so, i choose this collge in first round and didn't checked out the other colleges

Faculty

faculty is good. we can buli good student and teacher relation. exams are conducted in very strict mannner. malpractice is strictly prohibited. and the correction of paper is also strict and depends on faculty

Night Life

we can go to library in our free time including various books that help us to improve our knowledge based on our requirment they also provide computers for our need . college hostel seperate for boys and girls. Bu food is not much good.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Placement Experience:

Generally, students from 3rd year second semester are eligible for the placements. some, who are interns at a company earns the place to proceed for the rest of life. some others should try harder because they didnt get the internship. It is important to get internship. Companies do visit vasavi such as visa, silicon labs, cisco and more to pick interns or to pick engineers. percentage around 60-70 gets placed every year. Actually placements decreased after the recession.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.

Cmr student life

In Emacet exam your rank matters a lot and also your caste, basically even if you get like nice rank or like the worst trunk if you have like a reservations, you can easily get a good colleges for example I am a student I have. I got like 27,379 Rank and my ST friend got 40,789 and she also got the same course as me and she even has a scholarship. The reason why I got into this college was because at the first time I selected this automatically and I couldn't change it in the second round so I'm stuck in this college. the cutoff scores of the ranks differ according to the years and in the college increases cutoff ranks also decreasese....Read More
