I choose artificial intelligence and machine learning course(AIML) on base my interest. They provide good teaching faculty for us. They are providing lab for three hours once a week. Teaching is very well

They are providing social aspects for every students for all departments. And they celebrating all the festivals and hostel fests also for us and sports, extra circular activities offered on campus also

Admission

I choose this college because first reason is course fee is very reasonable for me and there is enough staff and with good teaching skills. They are providing not only education and other circular activities also

Faculty

Faculty were very friendly with students, all faculty members are best.per year they conduct four unit test exams and two internal assessment test(IAT)exams university practical exams and end semister exams

Interview Experience

They conduct group presentations and interview questions and communication skills lab.were the topics of GD, Interview questions or test pattern.the process and other criteria for admission How did you prepare for these rounds

Night Life

There are conducting any late night activities, only hostel fests are doing in late night and they are providing gym for us and they are providing library for 50 minutes once in a week.campu is better

Placement Experience:

Placements starts from the 7th semester.companies Like tcs,wipro,zoho,infosys vist. The highest packages is 24lap,average 3lpa and around 85%of student get placed. I plan to start my career in IT and gain experience.

Placement Experience:

There are companies but the companies that were told that the good ones, they didn't come so much.. only a few companies that gave a package above 5 lakhs came in for my department.. the rest of them were either 4 lakh package or below it was not very good. even the 1 or 2 good companies that came tehy came for electrical.

Why SRM is better than other collages.

Placement Experience:

So from 6-7th semester they offers placements before that we have placement training in campus.So highest package for 2024 was 45 to 50 lpa,good offer given by amazon and other company also.So the average package is 7.5 lpa and highest package was 50 lpa.so 925 application are accepted in last 2 monts .My plans to get job and then after 2 years may be for higher study or startups.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of each course is different and it is followed by the guidance of Anna university, we have several topics and it is under the regulation of 2021 respectively, I feel this easier to learn and there comes an opportunity to do what we learn in theory hour in our laboratory hour it will make more connected to our course, but there is lagging factor that is we are far away from the modern world and we need to put effort to compete with. The exams are not difficult and the frequency of the exam is quite manageable.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.

Best experience in college

I applied for the Aalim muhamad Salegh college which is in Avadi. In that college I have got ECE department. And parallely I have searched for the CSE or IT department in other colleges. Then I also got PEC with ECE dept then we approaches the college and we selected the IT department.I didn't got any rejections form other colleges which I have applied. There is eligibility criteria where u must secure above 85% to get CSE or IT dept or any other computer streams. There is no entrance exams.
