Likes

The university is big. So it gives time to explore things
There are alot of Activities and events involved
My campus in particular had AC rooms which makes studying better in summers.

Dislikes

The different departments have different facilities
There is alot of delay in medical approval
Refund is very complicated in initiating and received

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is good. But I wished of there was more practical knowledge. Not forceful assignments. That would make real world examples and stuff. Which could help me in near future. But the subjects I have are honestly a godd mix

Internships Opportunities

There are opportunities. But I did intership by my own so I'm not excelled in this. But there are teachers who help the students reach out to companies to look for various types of intership opportunities

Placement Experience

There are placements offered. I have not opted cause I want to do MBA after this. But many of my friends are going to sit for the placements. There is a drive every year for the same where many companies come.

Fees and Financial Aid

I PAID 61000 ALONG WITH EXAMINATION FEE OF 2500. THIS FEE IS PER SEMESTER WITHOUT SCHOLARSHIP . A exam is available for all the students to give to avail the scholarship benefits but i did not give that ..so that's why I did not get it.

Campus Life

There are a lot of clubs. The university is good in these aspects. They encourage such events and help grow socially too apart from the studies. Dance, music, drama, sports, treasure hunts etc. are regularly held.

Admission

I honestly entered this college as during the time of admissions I got sick so I couldn't apply for many Colleges which had entrance exam. So my list was small..but this college was on my top 3 as i heard various things about the placements.

Faculty

So the faculty overall is pretty good. But a few professors are placed in the subjects they aren't comfortable in. So that makes it a little difficult to understand. But the exam scheme is pretty good. Not too heavy

Night Life

There are alot of hangouts spots. Like food republic, various restaurants, garden and auditoriums. The locality is also pretty safe. There are various autos too which help students reach their places.

A good campus.

Placement Experience:

There is a subject called TPP in which the student is allowed to attend placement drives in their colleges. It includes verbal and aptitude. More than 500 companies visit my college and offer 6lacs to 10lacs per annum to the deserving candidates.

Lovely Professional University’s Truth!!

Placement Experience:

The campus placements here are good. Many of my batchmates have been placed. Students become eligible for placements after second year. Many companies have visited here and offered job roles in different fields like sales, operation, lead generation etc. Packages offered ranges from 10lpa to 4 lpa. And the average package is 5 lpa. There is an option if you dont want to chose placement services. Mostly students who have opted for placements services have been placed and the rest will also be placed soon. My plan is to pursue MBA after the completion of my degree.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
