Course Curriculum Overview

5

MBBS was a personal choice for me but what had drawn me towards this course was its difficulty and complexcity Honestly if you are taking this you will be learning something new about the human body almost everyday and its very exciting Its a very difficult course with about 19 subjects in total and each subject has a million books and you HAVE to read them It takes utmost dedication and commitment so if you are taking this course good luck and all the best cause you will need it The exams in this college will be diificult but will make the finals very easy

Fees and Financial Aid

So basically the fee structure is dependent on the kind of seat you it can be CAT A CAT B OR CAT C it depends on the total neet marks you got TUTION FEES CAT A 60000 CAT B 130000 CAT C 2600000 This is the only difference between different categories Common fees for everyone which have to be paid CAUTION DEPOSIT 80000 LIBRARY FEE 10000 LAB DEPOSIT 10000 STIPEND FEE 5000 SPORTS AND EXTRA CURRICULAR FEE 5000 SKILLS LAB 10000 HOSTEL FEES This also depends on which room you are taking AC WITH ATTACHED BATHROOM 240000 NON AC WITH ATTACHED BATHROOM 180000 COMMON ROOMS 120000 SCHOLARSHIP are available for sc/st candidates who have registered i personally dont have much information on it

Campus Life

2

Honestly i feel this is the aspect which can be most improved in this college The SOCIAL LIFE HONESTLY HERE IS DOG SHIT i mean if you are a person who need a well balanced involvmemt in social life and studies i wouldn't recommend this college There is one fest of 7 days maximum during october or November which isnt that great but is the only time you can enjoy around here so we look forward to it eargerly There arent any specific dedicated clubs but you can join any sports you like basketball is the most popular sport around has been for about 13yrs Infrastructure is pretty good you get all the basic facilities clasrooms are well equipped with AC and digital boards No student run social groups clubs or portals

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel is pretty alright you get all the basjc facilities like i mentioned the fee depends on which room you are alloting Girls hostels is very very huge and is very well equipped with amazing infra compared to boys cause of the ratio obviously You can allot to become a daycscholar we have plenty of pg outside the campus but i would recommend to stay one year in hostel to get an experience Hostel is on costlier side but again it depends on the room you are alloting

Admission

I got my college through state quota and honestly this wasnt my first choice i live in hyderabad and its very far away to this college I had no choice in the state counselling so i took whatever i got cause i already took a long term and didnt wanna waste another year You can apply to this college in KNRUHS the offical website for colleges jn telangana and andhra The adimission process is very tiring but you will be guided in every step possible

Faculty

4

Faculty is actually very nice and knowledgeble classes are conducted very regularly and have to be attended A minimum of 75% in theory and 80% in practicals HAVE to be maintained no matter what Each faculty teaches to about 200 students but doubts can be asked after the class they are very eager to explain and clear your doubts Honestly when i was in first yr our ANAT HOD Naveena maam was one the finest teachers i have ever met A bit on the stricter side everyone is scared of her but honestly thats what made me pass in anatomy with ease EXAM STRICTURE 3 MAIN exams will be conducted 1 ST INTERNALS 2ND INTERNALS PRE FINALS 2-3 months of gap between each exam and in between these exams countless PCT AND practice test are conducted vivas are also taken regularly 50% in every exam is a must or else they WILL detain you so make sure you study well and study from the start

Night Life

1

There is one cafeteria where the food is pretty good and then we directly have the hospital canteen which available for students There is NO NIGHTLIFE whatsoever If there is one hangout spot it might be ETC or eat talk and chill it used to have pizzas and burgers but now they removed it . It closes at 6 so yeah there you go For girls jt even more restricted they can only stay out in the campus till 8 30 MAX then the hostel gates are closed for boys there arent any restrictions we can go to hc at 2 or 3 in the morning for maggie honestly thats when i made most memories with my guys

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is made according to our ability to grasp when we come out of our board exams. The first year might be considered a little touch but it in general is quite different and I personally enjoy studying it . Exams are a bit stressful but if a person has already studied then the tension gets distributed and it feels like nothing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum is so practical and there is a lot of real talk with the patients so we kinof improve our communication skills, knowledge and get the idea of real life circumstances that give us a reality check.the area of improvement must be needed while doing the posting and dissection study because not all the students can be able to see and hear because only 1 faculty is present while doing case studies.i think more weekly exams are needed so that we can be prepared for further coming entrance exams and prevent pre exam stress.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects of the curriculum thatade me choose this course is its vastness of knowledge about various aspects of human body, and how to treat the abnormalities that arise in the human body. And also my own willingness to treat the affected part of society. The curriculum, so far, makes us well prepared for facing the patients and helping them out with their problems. Improvement can be done in provision of proper equipment for the doctors and also provision of proper amount of doctors in the hospital to prevent overworking of present people. The exams held quite frequently, have been helpful and have been difficult but help us in finals. The timing too is good enough.

And doctor are equivalent to god's who holds an immense power to safe a life which motivated me towards my goal. In our curriculum we have Atecom module where they teach us ethics and attitude which help us to deal with our patients in our future, in this module they teach us empathy, sympathy, doctor patient relationship and few legal laws. And all these will develop our personality and help us be a good doctor for the society and coming to exams we have 3 internal exam along with practicals and a prefinal before final exams, and in between we have part completion test which help us track our performance. And ofcourse all the medical exams are difficult and require lot of hard work.
