Course Curriculum Overview

3

The curriculum of the course feels a bit outdated but this issue is faced among all the institutions based in the country. The course should teach students about programming but students are taught about how to cut a metal, welding of material etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The first year fee is paid into two parts. 96,000 rupees is paid to the university GGSIPU to which the college is affiliated and after that the remaining amount that is 60,100 rupeaa is paid to the college. After the first year the total year's fee is paid directly to the college that is approximately equal to 1.5 lakhs. The college also charge 6,000 rupees extra for the uniform. The Bus transport fee is different for different routes for which the average is 40,000-50,000 per year.

Campus Life

5

Oh, campus life is a mix of everything—fun, chaos, and a bit of stress. Socially, it depends on how open you are. There are so many people from different backgrounds, so making friends is easy if you put yourself out there. But yeah, it can feel overwhelming at first. Clubs are a great way to get involved. There’s a club for almost everything—coding, drama, music, robotics, debating—you name it. Joining a club helps in networking and also adds some fun to the academic grind. Infrastructure-wise, it depends on the college. Some have state-of-the-art facilities, while others are still catching up. WiFi is hit or miss, libraries are decent, and cafeterias… well, some are great, some are just survival spots. Hostels can be fun but also challenging if you get noisy roommates. Overall, campus life is what you make of it. If you stay open to new experiences, it’s an amazing phase of life.

Admission

The sole reason of selecting this college is the affiliation of this college (IPU DEGREE) and the course it provides at a low rank. This college was giving admission to the CSE branch to the student who couldn't got a good rank in JEE exam.

Faculty

4

The faculty is very nice to students but there are some exemptions. The thing to notice is that almost all the professors are quite well educated in their field of study and are very supportive to the students interested in studying. The exams are held by the university to which the college is affiliated that is GGSIPU.

Night Life

5

Nightlife depends a lot on the college and the city it’s in. If it’s a big city, there are usually clubs, cafes, and late-night food spots where students hang out. Some colleges have strict hostel curfews, so off-campus nightlife isn’t always an option unless you stay outside. For those living on campus, nightlife is more about hostel common rooms, gaming sessions, midnight Maggi parties, or just chilling in someone’s room talking about random stuff. If the campus is lively, you might find night sports like football or basketball happening under floodlights. Some colleges even have unofficial night treks or late-night bike rides. But yeah, if you’re looking for a party scene, you either need to have connections with seniors or find spots outside campus that are student-friendly. Otherwise, it’s all about finding your own way to make nights interesting!

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.
