Likes

Great campus every cornor of the campus is useful in many ways
Good facilities for the student like labs and instruments, canteen, groud
Events and alot of events are being taken

Dislikes

Attendance very strict towards the Attendance and its not worth to be that strict
Colleges timings are very worse 8am to 7pm. Not worth it
Unnecessary events, topics they teach, no holidays event in some festivals

Course Curriculum Overview

Course regarding the subject i choose to study has a great subjects and great teaching but apart from this other subjects are literally useless and stressful. Like french, minor track, english, character development, environment studies.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My course is of 8 semesters in total at the First sem fee was 69,000/- and second sem fee was 70,000 every semester the amount increases with 2000/- to 5000/-. Scholarship is applicable only with the percentage of 70% above in 10+2.

Campus Life

Fests are good and in a good amount, library is great they have all kind of study materials, The facilities and technological provisions within the classrooms is great. An overview of sports and extracurricular activities offered on campus is also great. Any student-run social groups, clubs, or student portals, including their impact on student life non is good in this college

Admission

In my city raipur, only amity has a bit name and fame thats the only reason. The campus is better then other colleges in Raipur. This is one and only reason of many day scholars. Who live in raipur. Other then this beneath the city their are much more good colleges

Faculty

Faculty is good, excellent teaching but some professors live in their attitude as they run the college and only their rules are going to follow. Course structure is well planned and no one have any issue with the course structure but their are 5 unnecessary subjects that a student has to study Exam system is very bad, exams go for a month long and no gap in between examination. After that the amazing college gives result. In 45 days of completion and even the facutly is confused how to check the paper they check the paper twice in 2024 end exams

Night Life

I am a day scholar so i dont know much about this gym, cafeterias, library and public area is good Hostel and campus in timings,yes famous hangout places inside are only few like garden and just garden and outside the college/university their is nothing in 20km radius. the locality is not safe to roam around at night

Truth about NIT Raipur

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is so good as per the stats . Like students are eligible for placements from there 7th sem . No. Of companies visited is around 200 (guess). Offers made 600(guess) . Highest package is 65 lpa , and average package is 9 lpa there are major two roles one is core engineering get role and other is non core data analyst role . 86 % students are placed last year . My plan is to get good placements from college itself and then after experience I will go for MBA or higher studies .

It was the time of pandemic when I took admission here at Amity. At the time, there was no as such crietria for taking an admission as there were very few students who applied for the B.A. Mass Communication and Journalism course. We only had 26 students in our batch so you can assume that there was no criteria as such. For taking admission, I visited Amity Raipur's website where I put my information and the admission department called me instantly as soon as I registered my contact details in their website.
