Course Curriculum Overview
The mca curriculum covers dbms dsa ai and cloud computing but some outdated topics need updating with modern technologies like Devops and cybersecurity. While it builds strong fundamentals it lacks hand on experience requiring more industry focused projects case studies and coding challenges for better career readiness. The exam system includes mid Sems and and Sems in practicals with moderate to high difficulty especially in coding subjects where some students struggle. Adding hackathons guest lecture and practical tools would bridge the gap between academics and industry ensuring better job preparation.
Placement Experience
Placements start in the third semester with mid level IT companies offering roles in software and web development top firms rarely visit so many rely on off campus hiring companies like Wipro Tcs offer 3 to 7 lpa with a placement rate of 30% however internship and certifications boost employability since on campus opportunities are limited students focus on ai cloud competing and full stack development for better carriers after mc I plan to secure a strong it job of campus with future plans for higher studies or entrepreneurship.

The master of computer application program at kiet group of institution having yearly fee system that includes tution fee and all other charges. The total fees is one lakh fourty thousand rupees no other charges. You have to pay exam fee once in a year whish is eight thousand rupees. There is a quota called FW(fees waver) in which you have to pay only 37000 rupee only. You can apply for up government scholarship until you are not availing fw quota.
Campus Life
Campus life at Kiet Group of institutions is decent with annual fest prastuti and technical fests held in march. the library offers books and journals but E resources are limited classrooms have projectors and Wi-fi through Tech infrastructure and needs improvement a sports like badminton cricket volleyball handwall and clubs encoding robotics and cultural activities provide extracurriculum engagement students run groups and portable help with career guidance but more industry driven events would enhance growth.
Admission
I choose kiet group of institutions for its affordable fees decent faculty and balanced course structure while some areas needs improvement it offers a good mix of theory and practicals I applied to other colleges like igntu but high cut off fees or seat limitation led me to choose kiet group of institution the admission process includes eligibility criteria entrance exam like cuetpg and marriage based selection the cutoff is around 90-95 numbers with admission based on exam score and counselling overall while I missed top college kiet met expectations through more industry exposure would make it better.
Faculty
The faculty to students ratio is decent and while some professors are approachable and helpful others are strict and less interactive the best faculty member include those teaching dbms DSA and AI as they provide practical insights in real world example the Mca course structure is well designed covering core subjects like Dbms Dsa Java Polishtec Ai and cloud computing however some theoretical subject feel outdated and need more practise exposure with industry tools like git devops and advanced framework the exam system includes two mid semester exams and semester final practical exams and project based assessment.
Night Life
Nightlife at KIET group of institutions is limited with the gym library and cafeteria closing by 7 to 8:00 PM hostel entry sets by 7:30 PM for girls and 9:30 PM for boys students unveiled in common rooms cafes or work on projects before curfew popular sports include badminton cricket outside places like Muradnagar Railway Road offers restaurant and gaming zones but late night safety worries well lit area and group travel are preferred more 24/7 facilities on campus would improve student life.
