Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is very good. It is based on the curriculum of some abroad countries. Also the course consists of 8 semesters and in each semester there is mid semester exam which consists of 30% marks and end semester exam which consists of 50% marks and remaining 20% marks are based on assessments throughout the semester.

Placement Experience

Last year we had almost 100% placements. Many good companies like apple samsung tower etc. were also there for placements. Moreover they provide internships also i also got an internship although i will not describe my stipend and company as all the things are confidential.

College Events

We have three fest throughout the year. Ist is Spardha -Sports fest, Kashiyatra - Cultural fest, Technex - technology fest. 1000 to 1500 people participate in each of these fest. Also technex is almost 50 years old fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For general it is very expensive per semester fees is around 1.25 lacs While for other categories it is not expensive and also if the family income is less then it's also not expensive. The fees is around 20-50k

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't got any scholarship but we receive around 20-30 mails for availing scholarship. I was not very active to avail a scholarship because my fees was very less that's why may be I don't have enough information about this.

Campus Life

Labs, activities, sports etc. Everything is very good. You have separate grounds for each sport. And DOSA(DEAN OF STUDENT AFFAIRS) wants more and more participants in sports due to which there is more courage for joining sports.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors and alumnis are very helpful. As we have a 100 year old campus our alumni network is very strong and it is spread all over the world. Also they help you for arranging interviews for the companies so you'll get more opportunities.

Admission

Based on the merit list of two exams. JEE Mains And JEE Advanced. First you have to get passing marks for JEE Mains and then you'll be eligible to give JEE advanced exam and after that a merit list will be formed on that basis you'll get admission to various colleges.

Faculty

Our college faculty is very good. They help us out of every problem. They are very good in nature also. They never shout on us. They always remain calm and help us to learn very much. They are good in labs also.

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Placement Experience:

The placements are average But all the students here focus on off campus placements because the in campus placements are very average. Like you'll get a placement of ?6 lakhs or seven lakhs, depending on your CV.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For the goveenment purpose i have choose that branch. The area is to be enhanced for better growth is the practical knowledge provided by faculties and including some equipments in the lab. Its not much difficult..but the checking of the AKTU is irrespective.

So entry in IIT BHU was through JEE ADVANCE. I gave the examination and got an All India Rank(AIR) of 7533. Then I had Josaa counselling where I had to select colleges according to my priorities. So one of the many colleges I filled was IIT BHU(4 Year B.TECH Chemical Branch). The distribution of colleges is purely based on your ranks. Higher rankers will be prefferd above you.
