About my college life

The course I chose for my undergraduate degree is Data science and analytics.The curriculum will be first confirmed by the respective department members and will be shared among the students later. Test 1 and Test 2 are conducted before semester exams.

For my under graduation degree (Data Science and Analytics) I pay early 50,000/- for 2 sem exams as tuition fee and scholarship will be provided based on admission process. One time payment for uniform will be 10,000/-. Registration form fee at the time of admission will be 1000/-. For SC / St community scholarships will be provided and will be informed by our management in college WhatsApp groups and the candidate will be asked to bring some certificates like Community certificates.As mentioned above my batchmates who are from Sc / st will be provided with scholarship. Also students can avail educational loans before semester exam starts and it should paid by the students once they complete the degree and is ready to work . Communication classes will be taken and will be charged for those classes inorder to have a communication skill knowledge and preparing the students for their internships and placement.Talking of placement cell , students must stay until evening and understand the classes and the topics taken about if only willing to attend the placement classes . For festivals like Onam a little amount will be collected from malayalee students. For college IV the amount depends upon the number of days in the tour plan . For first year students mostly the places will be covered in Kerala and Banglore will start from 3000 rupees minimum . Lab fees will be collected from Pharmacy students . I don't know about any specific amount collected from Pharmacy students . They have their own Ceutics and HAP Lab separately inside our campus . Fine amount will be applicable if the students don't respect any rules followed inside the campus . Rules like coming in proper uniform on Mondays and wearing blazers provided by the college on Tuesdays and girls with proper formals on Wednesdays and Thursdays.Boys should atleast trim their beard and should tuck in their shirts on formal days . Otherwise an fine amount will be charged on the students who didn't follow the college rule

The name of the annual festival conducted here is RGF which means Rathinam Grand Fest which will be celebrated for 5 days inside the college campus . Other culturals is conducted by the Viscom department students yearly once is named as F-Series which means Film , Food , Fashion .

The reason for choosing Rathinam college of arts and science over the other colleges I applied to is because of the friendly environment among students and faculties . The environment inside the campus is very much stress free compared to other college in my point of view

The faculty in our college is very friendly and also strict inside the campus for following the rules declared by the discipline committee .The way of approach between Students and Faculties of our college is very easy . For my first semester there were subjects like Database Management Systems, C programming language, C practical , Maths and Language subjects . The faculties I liked is my class tutor

Personally our favourite hangout spot will be Scoopso outside our college located on the Pollachi main road . The ice-cream bought there will be worth tasty for the amount we spend . Library inside campus can be accessed anytime by the faculties and students through their College id proof
