The canteen food here is really good even though it is veg
The extra cirricular activities are also good
The digital libraries and book facilities available are really good

Dislikes

No much events are conducted in the college
Should also focus on other activities rather than only studies
The food here in the canteen is only vegeterian

The fees structure of this college is affordable compared to tge other universities as artificial intelligence is a upcoming branch woth lot of opurtunities.the other deartment fees are also really affordable

Fees and Financial Aid

The first year fee structure was 90000 as i had joinedto attificial intellingence and engineering. It is a good branch . Thereare also variois scholorship available for karnataka and other state studens

Campus Life

The campus life here is really goodincluding the facalties who really good and suppryive and all of them are really helpful also the college infrastructure including the libraties is also really good overallot is a really good experience

Admission

The reason i have choose this college is because i was interested in the artificial inteligence branch and the fees structure herewas also realy affordable compares to other colleges even this branch is also reay good

Faculty

Thefavulties member of all the departments are really good they are also supportive and help us when we go through hard times they also dont just hel us in studies but also encourage us ain all the events

Night Life

The night life of the college is also really good the campus is also full of security and hostel is lso very strict which is also safe ,there is also a temple in the camus which looks really great during the night time

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. A Journey Worth Remembering

Placement Experience:

MVJ college of engineering has a good Placement record, for branches like CS and ECE The Placement activities are handled by Placement Cell, which begins preparing students from 6th semister through aptitude session, communication skills etc They maintain good score like 60% and above academic percentage the students are eligible for placement drive from 6th semister onwards At my time at college some 10 companies visited the campus Highest package from my batch is 5L per Annum Most placement are in roles like developer and Networking side for core branches they get opportunities in design, testing and maintenance roles Overall MVJ provides good placement opportunities

From 5th semester students can sit for campus placement even I am in my 5th sem currently I got offer from Infosys.Even till 7 sem students will get placement easily if they focus on skills as well as with decent cgpa of 7.5 ichances are high for them. Average package is 3.8lpa and highest is around 30lpa for 2026 batch forour batch it is just started .

Placement Experience:

Initially back in 2014 when I passed out, the placement opportunities provided were not many. However they had good placement co-ordinators. I believe the placements have improved now. Many companies visited back then, like HP, Infosys etc. However, students were also encouraged to take part in Pool Campus interviews to get hired. Highest package was around 4 lakhs per annum for freshers. Only around 15-20 percent of students got placed through the college.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to placement at the end of 6th semester from 7th Sem the placements will be more. For mechanical more than 15 companies come for placements mainly toyato, honda, TVs, etc and many manufacturing companies also visit. The highest package is 14lpa which was given by manufacturing company. As we reach final year the students will move to internship as they work in internship they will join there itself some gets placed in other companies but more than 90% of the students gets placed in the placements. My plan is to work in a company with a package is 8-10lpa and after I gain experience for 5 years I may change to new company if the existing company doesnot promote or hike my salary
