IIMT Review by Akshay Pundir

I'm interesting in AI so I choose B.tech in Artificial intelligence and data science . The curriculum here prepares a best for real world and for academic pursuits also. Overall there are everything is good but .If you ask me for improvement so there should either be digital boards in every class or none at all and they have to change the soft skills subject teacher she was very aggressive and not teach well . The exams conduct there is a normal level not much hard and not much easy . Exams schedule in two shifts , 1st shift is 10-12:30 am and 2nd shift is 2-4:30 pm. According to mee this is perfect schedule.

The internship opportunities available with our college. But I haven't got any internship opportunities yet so I can't tell about internship opportunities. The projects and their outcomes are providing in our college but I'm not getting internship because I'm a first year student of b.tech so I can't tell about it.

The campus placement is overall good in our college. Some of Students getting placements before their course complete . In third year of b.tech, students starting giving interviews in different companies visiting our college. Some companies who visited our college are Infosys, vipro, tech Mahindra , TCS etc. The average package offered in our college is 3-4 lakhs per year and the highest package is offered 33 lakhs per year . Approximately 60% of students getting placements in our college. My plan is after getting the degree is to apply in IT companies or to do in other hand M.tech.

The yearly fee is to be 1 lakhs also Some merit based Scholarship is also available in our college at 12th percentage, I also get some scholarship 7-8% on behalf of my 12th marks. So it is very affordable for everyone .

Many festivals are organized in our college every year. The organized area is decorated very well in our college. The books are free for study, students are issuing books from library . The library here is also very good, all the books are available here. Every classrooms does not having digital boards but some of the classroom having digital boards technology. Sports activities are superb in our college the coach is free of cost of every sports . Every batch having their own group for sharing study materials .

First of all I did not apply to any other college . I chose IIMT because I was already a lot of searching about this college. I took admission in this college after checking all the facilities of this college. My friends who passed out from this college also gave me advice regarding this college , regarding their studies. I took direct admission in this college .I did not give any exam to come to this college. The eligibility criteria is to student having above 50% in 12th class.

All faculties of our college have a good knowledge of their teaching subject, they teach well as their own experience. But there was 2-3 faculties are aggressive and not behaving well to student . My favourite teacher is Dr. Subhash sir , he teaches us chemistry subject very deeply and thoughtfully. They teach in a very good way Every student understands that what has been taught by Subhash Sir. The teacher in our college who is not good in behaviour and study also is teacher of soft skills subject. She shouts a lot to the students. This teacher is too aggressive on every student. There are total five exams, According to me chemistry and mathematics exam is not much difficult , But the electronics and Mechanical are little tough . In our batch total 49 students are present, in which 5-6 students are fail and all the remaining students are passed in every exams . I hold a b.tech course in CS with specialization of artificial intelligence and data science , it is a very relevant course in which we study about AI , improve communication skills and also learn a lot of things .

Our college cafeteria is very nice and has proper seating facilities. Foods available there is very fresh . There is total cleanliness in the hostel, there are also guards in every building of hostel for safety purposes. I have a lot of fun at night in the hostel . Our college ground is also very big, we play there in day and night both.
