Experimental learning with strong urban focus but need better infrastructure

The curriculum is well structured integrating theoretical knowledge with practical expo sure making students industry ready while also preparing them for higher studies and research semester exams are challenging emphasizing design projects presentation and critical thinking analysis rather than rote learning the pass timing is generally high as student recieve continuous feedback and guidance throughout the semester ensuring strong grasp of concepts before final evaluation

The year wise fees is 91500 out of which 82805 is tution fees and 8695 is development fees additional you have to pay 4500 library deposit which is refundable and 115 is student insurance 3000 is university exam fees 800 is gymkhana fees and 400 is is university admission form fees for mumbai university students and other than mumbai university students you have to pay 600 rupees scholarship is only available for SC and ST students where they don't have to pay tution fees and development fees only the remaining amount that is around 6000

The college has a vast library of books and research papers which helps us in academics , the institute holds events such as nasa, academic talks , international conference on sustainability etc , college has well equipped computer lab with Powerfull computers and studios are well equipped with audio visual facilities, no sports activities are conducted in college and are neither encouraged

No I didn't apply for any other colleges I wanted this college specifically, i gave m.arch cet entrance exam for admission then apply through cet cell admission on basis of merit I got this college the cutoff is minimal not a lot of students apply for master in architecture so you can get admission easily if march cet is given

We have almost 15 faculty for 11 students in our batch half of them are urban conservation faculty and some teach to bachelor students as well as master students , faculties are friendly you can approach them for problems related to academic any time I can't name any specific faculty but there are some good and teachers and some are the worst but overall all are good we have semester exams which are very tough you have to study the whole semester to pass keep getting insights from your faculties showup regularly in college only then you can pass the exam

Most students stay till 8 pm in college , the college is located in well lit urban setting so it does have some good cafes and clubs around at 2minute distance but students don't easily get time to enjoys the schedule is too hectic the college has small canteen which students go to eat food and the food is acceptable
