Course Curriculum Overview

I like engineering stream. I am much interested in electronics. I childhood I used to play with the toys and remote controlled cars and I used to think how they are made. On the single press the toys car moves forward. So, I want to go deep and I wanna learn how it was developed

Class Size: 48Course Fees: INR 54500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Now, I am studying 2 year of the B.Tech. Now, I am going to start the internships slowly. Without any hurry burry. I am interested in free internships and and paid internships. If any guides me then I can move on.

Placement Experience

I am not expecting campus placement from my college. I checked the previous years placements their are not much placements. Only a few students get placed in campus placement. It is good to not expect much from my college

Fees and Financial Aid

By the completion of my B. Tech my overall engineering fee is around 500000/- to 600000/-. My yearly fee is rupees 54500/- and library is separate and JNTUH fee seperate. I used to get the scholarship of rupees 35000/-

Campus Life

My overall campus life is not much interesting. Because, I am different mindset person. I am not interested in college events. I wanna learn by doing anything practically. It's difficult to understand the lectures by listening in words

Admission

I didn't chose the college. The choosed me ? I the engineering entrance exam I had not scored good marks in the exam. So, I got admission in below average college. I don't like my college from the first day. But, for the sake of my life and my family I am moving on.

Faculty

I said in the previous step that I like the senior faculty. They don't show any attitude and gruge on the students. At the end of the day they allot us good marks in exams according to our performance. I like them.

Night Life

I used to stay in hostel and my hostel fee is 5000/- per month. The food they provide is not much interesting. I used to skip my lunch. Because, They used to keep same food every day such as dal, rice. At the end of the month we have to pay fee without any delay otherwise the hostel owners angers on us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It has regulations which is very comprehensive in covering the theoretical and fundamental concept or aspects of the engineering subjects. It includes strong core foundation in math, phy and very imp programming languages i.e core subjects. It has a guaranteed university recogniton like JNTUH. It should be improved in the teaching methords and conduct more workshops so that it'll be a practical experience for students to learn best. Jntu correction scheme is very strict.

College review: Pros, Cons and reality.

Placement Experience:

During 3-1 , we get only one internship i.e JPMC offering 75,000 per month which is of 3-month internship. Thhis year it took around 16 students. through coding round, hire vue interview and the hackathon process. I was selected to hackathon but sadly due to communication skills lack, I was not selected as intern , although I passed coding round, hire vue interview and entered hackathon. From 4-1 onwards we get placement oppurtunities like Deloitte, Chubb, oracle, DE Shaw, etc companies visit and offer good package only.

EPAM, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Infosys and all comes for placements here. Before that though we get a training from industry experts and ex alumni association well. Almost 500-600 students are placed from CSE batch every year through campus.

Form the 7 th semester students are eligible for campus placements and there are placements coordinators for each branch. The highest package of the year was 51 LPA which was given by Microsoft. I will try to get placed before graduating.

NIT Warangal - A dream college

Placement Experience:

The best part of the college is its placement of the college. Almost all companies visit the campus, including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and almost all. The average percentage of the college is around 85 percent. In Chemical engineering, the placement is a little bit, it's around 90 percent. I'm planning for placements on the Software side.

The course curriculum is accurate and relevant as well. This helps the students to have good knowledge and grip on current scenarios, and it also helps to survive and get placement.Tge frequency of the exams is 45 or 50 days each.And it is not so difficult because the faculty teach in a proper and understandable way in which the students can understand and attempt the exams . Coming to teaching methods, every class is having a smart screen and projector as well for better understanding.

Biet - my current college and it's experience

The main reason why I choose this college over other colleges is this is JNTU affiliated college unlike autonomous college. Here your cgpa and degree is valued as the exams are tough and you can't score easily so getting almost 8 CGPA is also an achievement and the standards are also high. As the college is affiliated to JNTU you get a certificate from JNTU Only not from the college this is the main reason why I chose this College also the fees is less compared to autonomous colleges. All the other colleges I applied are autonomous their cut-off Is more and I was unable to make it so I chose this college this is also one of the reason. My eamcet exam didn't went good this is the reason I got to this college. The admission is of 2 types convener/ management. first is convener this is done through counselling that is eamcet counselling the cutoff rank for the college ranges from 60k to 120k so if you keep this in counselling in the given criteria you are selected the other is management irrespective of the rank you just need to pay money and you are selected in the college. I applied to kmit,ou,snist due to high cutoff I was not selected, and some other colleges were also good but as this college is JNTU affiliated I chose this. So the admission process as I said is convener and management. The eligibility exam is eamcet and polytechnic exam and the most preferred by students is eamcet only overall admission experience is good...Read More
