Ravenshaw : The A one

The aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course is that BA.Bed is a professional course and it helps in getting placements and the curriculum helps in preparing for world applications and to pursuit academics further The areas for improvement in course curriculum is including of Ai course . The frequency and timing of exams along my perspective on their difficulty level is good .

The name of the companies are TCS , Wipro and the roles offered are mainly in BPO. The projects and outcomes to clarify the tasks are mainly school projects or the projects which are based on societal issue

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The schools which recruit us are like KV , DAV etc and various IT companies also come like Deloitte , TCS , Wipro etc . The percentage of students getting placements is 90 % in our department.

The year wise fees I pay ( per semester ) is 49,600 for Ba.BEd and for B.sc.BEd it is 50,000 The fees of my batchmates for categories other than mine is comparatively low and they get ample amount of scholarship and registration fees for semester exam is different for the reserved group.

There are various fests organised like food fest , vibasnsh and various hostel functions. The library in Ravenshaw University is up to the mark . There are various books available . Yes there are various student run social groups , clubs like Pride , ravenshaw unione etc .

I applied to Delhi University and I got confirmed admission from the above university I chose this college over the others because it is also NAAC A++ and have the same facilities. The main reason is the location as odisha is my domicile state so I found ravenshaw more fascinating than Delhi University . The elegibility criteria of my college is merit based and the first cutoff for the exam generally goes around 93%

The faculty to student relationship is amazing . They are always available for doubt clearing sessions or we can say they are very approachable especially in our department. The Name of the facilities i myself like are Netajee Abhinandan sir our Hod and Shyam Sir . They teach us political subjects by connecting with the happening events. In a year there are 2 semesters and mid semester is also there which is of 20 marks . The course curriculum is very relevant. In our department the failure percentage of students is low in comparison to other departments.

Gym , cafeteria , library and public area are well equipped and the in time for girls hostel is 9 pm . The famous hangout places inside and outside the university is back lawn , cafeteria . The campus is overally safe for everyone.
