- The clg building is vast. There are 1000+ student in total ,there is a seperate hostels for boys and girls. We have seperate building for labs
- Coming to faculties they are humble especially faculties of cs department. Talking About their teaching is above average .
- Overall the quality of the infrastructure is better. They even provide placement recruitment. And we have seperate faculty who is incharge of placement training. Even they call experts from outside
Dislikes
- Things i dislike is our clg is located but far from the main road. So we need to walk a long distance
- Demerits of faculties is tht the teaching level is not up to mark. And all they do is put unnecessary rules and regulations
- The canteen food is worst sometimes. They add lots of salt to food and they use oil which has been used for 2 days
Course Curriculum Overview
Choosing this course was unexpected. I wanted to go through medical field. I had booked the seat in forensic science course but due to the consequences I was not able to get into this field. Some reasons were like the course didn't have scope and getting a job in this field is also difficult Our clg faculties are trying hard to train students to get placed in 4rth year. But the package of our clg is just 10Lpa . Also not everyone get placed here The improvement fields like placement recruitment and more opportunities for all the students to showcase their talent We totally have 3 internals in 1sem one in each month We feel difficult to learn bcz parellely we should focuss on building our skills
Placement Experience
They do provide placement offers The highest package of our clg is 10lpa . Which is less and not everyone get placed so later on they need to find themselves Average package is around 4lpa. My plans are to get into a good company and get a good job
Fees and Financial Aid
Per year the fees gets added on In first year the fees was 155000 Rn I'm in 2nd year ,and the fees is 165000 The fees is divided into tution fees, clg fest, bus fees, training fees. For 3rd the total fees might be 169000 For 4rth year the probably the fees might be 172000 And there are students who got snq seats where the fees is like just 30000 to 40000 Since I'm management student and I got fees concession due to my marks I got 25 percent deduction in my fees But for other students like cet the fees structure varies differently. It depends on the ranking they got in kcet exam. One of my friend had to pay something like 104000
Campus Life
Campus Life is very broring. Students are not allowed to sit in the entrance. Regarding sports they do conduct cricket, vollyball, kabaddi and football tournament. They don't have much facilities. All they have is a basic facilities. Library facilities are also available but we do not get every books only a limited one. They even have clubs but do not conduct any activities
Admission
I had apply to yenepoya university regarding forensic science course but unfortunately I didn't get it as a seat was full. I didn't get rejected but I made my mind as I got some negative comments regarding the course like the course doesn't have much hype and getting a job is bit freak. There is no certain eligibility but the student should clear every subject in his 12 th without any backlog. And during admission he should pay half of the clg fees
Faculty
The faculty and student relationship is good. The faculty not available all the time. Whenever we go to staff to ask they're always mean. Especially maths department faculties. They have grudges with literally everyone . They go on complaining about everyone to the whole campus. If you have humiliation kink you are welcome to maths department. They will literally crush your confidence and self confidence. Let me tell you yesterday's incident. She was LATE to class and she blamed it on us for not going to her department and inviting her to teach us and then made us stand for the whole class. The other day a teacher from maths department bitched about students to other department faculty members.
Interview Experience
The engineering admission process in India can be stressful and highly competitive, especially for government colleges, which rely on JEE Main, JEE Advanced, or state CETs. The preparation phase demands months (or years) of rigorous study, and a single exam score can determine your future. Private colleges, on the other hand, often have easier admission routes, with some offering direct admission based on 12th marks or management quota seats. The counseling process can be confusing, with multiple rounds, changing cutoffs, and category-based seat allotments. While top institutes ensure a merit-based selection, many private colleges prioritize fees over talent, making quality education accessible mainly to those who can afford it. Overall, the system is structured but stressful, rewarding those who prepare well while leaving limited options for those who don’t secure high ranks.
Night Life
Our clg is a very secretive place. It is surrounded in the jungle . We don't have any night life in our clg. Hostelers are only allowed to step out of the hostel for dinner. We have a strict protocol girls have a curfew of 6 clock and guys have a curfew around 7. Inside the campus it is safe as we have security 24/7 . People are not allowed to hangout unless the boys have some sports practice
