Course Curriculum Overview

5

Had most advanced course and syllubus. Syllubus had the exact Insustrial applicabe syllubus that gave us a lot knowledge in the Industrial applications. There were some subjects thatv didn't help us in the career. We mainl concentrated the on the subjects that were useful for us in the industrial application. The exams were good with enough timing needed.

Internships Opportunities

4

Zifo, Biocon Bioligics, Medgenome and Straive was the company that offered us Internship and campus placements during the academic year. The roles were Review Selection Editor, Research Associate and R&D. As RSE we helped the reseaerchers for publication purposes. As Research assciate we were in involved in a lot of wet lab experiments in the lab for their manufacturing and research process.

Placement Experience

4

From 3rd semester itself the students were eligible for campus placements. The companies were Zifo, Medgenome, S10 Healthcare, Episource Medical coding with minimum of 2.75 LPA to 4.5LPA. Zifo offered the highest placement of 4.5 LPA and S10 healthcare offered minimum pay of 2.75 LPA. the % of students got placement was 25 %. After the degree I'm working in a Pharma Company named Biocon.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid 100000 for education fees thus included Tution fee and laboratory fee. Apart from this I paid 1200 per paper for examination fee during my academic year. the college had good infrastructure and good laboratory setup. The college was fully air conditioned including the lab also.

Campus Life

5

The college had Diwali, Christmas and Pingal festivals where te whole colege had a common celebrating place like Ground, Auditorium etc where a lot of events, games and Stalls were. Apart from that the college had regular Culturals of 5 days which will be in a grand manner and there were lot of Interdepartment programmes that will be happeneing within the university. There were lot of clubs like Theatre club, Music club etc.

Admission

I chose this college because of the well established laboratry infrastructure. The faculty was also subject expertise in their field. I didn't got rejected from other colleges .I was selected in all those, but among them I chose this college for my career. There was a Interview for the entrance process, basd on that only the students were selected for the course.

Faculty

4

The student to faculty ratio was more comfortable where the student's opinion was listened by the staffs in a friendly manner. I liked Dr.Arun V he was the best professor I came across. He was very friendly with the students and he concentrated on student's knowledge. There were some faculties who were really concern about their research works. There were also alot of politics within the department. The curriculum and the syllubus was very hard but most of the students managed to clear them.

Night Life

5

The gym was well equipped with advanced equipments. Annual payment of students is required to enter into the gym. Library was perfect with lot of sections to explore. The college had lot of cafeterias ineach block and also in varius places within the college premises. The campus timing was mmorning 8.00 to evening 4.00. Outside the college there are lot of theatres, mallsand cafes to explore to.

Actually I am currently in seconnd semester right now, I am not sure about the eligiblity criteria for campus placements. But I gathered some informations about the placement process with the help of students who completed their degree here recently. Most of the students having skills in demand based on the company requirements will get selected. Companies with good reputation will visit during campus placements. My aim was to getting placed in a company with good reputation and descent salary package.
