Likes

The overall environment and surroundings.Loved the old school infrastructure.
The teaching staff is good.Proffesors are cooperative.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is overall good.But if there is certain improvements regarding teaching methods,then it will be good....The faculty members should use more practical methods of teaching...But overally it's good.

Class Size: 300Course Fees: INR 1750 per year

Placement Experience

Considering the fact that it's a government institute,the placements are overall good... Regarding my course,we get a overall average package of 4,00,000-6,00,000, which is very good , considering the fact that it's just a undergraduate degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

As it's a government institute,the tuition fees is free....only an amount of Rs1750 we have to pay as admission fees....And we get scholarship according to the income of family. Even I'm getting a scholarship of Rs10000 per year.

Campus Life

The campus life is very good...One can take part in each and every function... Ravenshaw has a record of having multiple functions in a single month...some or the other functions take place each and every day....

Hostel Facilities

I stay in campus hostel which is runned by the government..only the maintenance fees is taken which is very minimal...the hostel provides AC study rooms,fridge, induction, indoor gym and the mess food is not that bad..

Hostel Fee: INR 8000 per year

Admission

Actually, Ravenshaw University is 150 years old... It's a brand... It's a proud moment for a person to become a student of Ravenshaw University.People have a certain respect for Ravenshaw students.This is the reason I chose Ravenshaw University.

Faculty

The faculty members of my department are overall good... Classes are done regularly.Teaching facility is good.one can understand everything in the class itself,if he/she is attentive enough..The marking scheme is overall good.

Interview Experience

Actually I haven't yet experienced interviews ,as I'm in my 2nd year only..... but as far as I have heard from my seniors....the interviews are quite good and there's a written exam, which u have to qualify first then sit for interviews

Night Life

The night life is awesome...The hostel in time is 9pm for girls...so can enjoy to the fullest..The campus has greenery all around... It's a full vibe...The winter nights specially are very good and pleasant...

i did choose this course due to my intrest. there were not many faculty members but were many students approx 300 students and just 4 to 5 faculty members. as a result there was difficulties in mintaining discipline and performing certain programs. the faculty were not much qualified either.. there level of teaching and speeches were not mus fluent

It's a heaven !!

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course bcom because I want to be a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). I think this is the best course I can opt for. All faculty members are good, calm and friendly so that students can communicate with them frankly but still we respect our faculty members ,teachers and head of our department. Moreover, faculty members are changing each semester wise. So till now everyone's teaching methods are well and good. Our semesters are conducted twice in a year and in between that internal exams are conducted for students practice. As from my point of view none of the exams could be difficult to pass, because if you study properly you will perform well in exams , if you didn't study then you will not perform well, as simple.

Yes the college can given all students in extra class and easy to discuss method of under ,the main aim to give good service to student The qualifications of facilities is very well and The teaching methods of our college is very well all teachers are give easy method to all students easy to understand every methods. The main time of annual exam is 3hours and it is all questions in give University then the question is deficult to passed the college.

Every students can easily understand the overall study course. •Thr term exam is conducted in 3 month and overall 2 exam is conducted in a semister..1st term exam is 20mark and it is very easy to score the mark but 2nd or final semester exam is 80mark and it is little difficult to score more marks as compared to 1st term exam..

Ravenshaw; a scenario to experience.

I hadn't applied for any other college because my university is the best institute for higher studies in Odisha and I wasn't supposed to go anywhere out of the state. Admission process is very simple you have to just apply form in SAMS portal, after selection download your intimation letter and go to the respective college with all your documents. Ravenshaw is the best

I am student of adisha bord in 12th. Basically i choose to do bsc chemistry honours . I give 5 colleges for selection .
