Likes

The atmosphere of the college is very good .
It was filled with greenary and of very vast area
Labs are well facilitized. And have a good equipment

Dislikes

The strick rules and the extra classes was very bad
Girls are restricted to go out of hostel .
Food in the hostel wad poor and cleaning was very bad

Course Curriculum Overview

We have exams after every 2 months . Faculty mark the students upon the students. They complete the course in time and they even take extra classes in order to complete the course. The semester will be conducted in every 5 months

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 207000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Up to now I don't participate in any internship because I anm a second year student. We will have our first summer internship after completion of our second year. In May we will have our summer internship. And later our main internship

Placement Experience

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible to plan the internship. And we have 2 internships. 1 should be performed at 5th semester and another at 7th semester . The percentage of students who gets placed are very low

Fees and Financial Aid

I was joined as a management category student in GMRIT. The fees is actually 3 times of government fees which was 207000.amd ibhave to pay hostel fees which was about 1 lakhs per year. So totally it would be 306000

Campus Life

We only have 2 fests through our the college. One is stepcone our college fest and another is annual day. These are the only fest we celebrate in our college. And they don't celebrate that greatly .we want more feast in our college

Hostel Facilities

We should pay 1 lakh per year. Food was not up to the mark and they don't provide extra food of necessary. They don't allow us to order the food from outside. They don't mop the floor even once a year very poor cleaning

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

This college is nearest to my home town so according to my health conditions my family preferred this college. And many of relatives are working in this college . So I joined here because many suggest this college

Faculty

Some faculties are good and friendly. They always clear our doubts and suggest the good for us. And some faculty are just over action candidates. They don't even know about the subject but just teach the ppt.

Interview Experience

I am mangement category student who pays 207000 per year. So I don't write any entrance exam . I just brought the seat with 3 lakhs in prior and joined into the college. General they don't conduct any exams

Night Life

As we women have many restrictions around us .They don't allow us to roam outside. We should enter into the hostel before 6 after completion of college and there is no outing facilities for girls. And many restrictions

Very informative and very nice

Placement Experience:

.Campus placements in our college usually start 6th semester and students become eligible to attend placement drives. .Many reputed companies visit our college such as tata,infosys,wipro,and tcs .This companies offered different packages roles like software developer,analyst,and technical support. .The highest package offered is around 7LPA while the average package is about 3-4 LPA. .nearly 60-70 percent students get placed every year through campus recruitment. After completing my degree,my plan is to secure a good job through campus placements and gain industry experience to build a successful career

yes, placements play a key role in our 4 years b-tech life as they are the impotant step to make first entry into the industry without any prior work experience so this is taken care very well by iur college In my batch almost 80% of students got placed till now whch itself is a big number.

college experince with good academics and college life

Placement Experience:

the placements of the college are decent form 3rd year we are eligible for internships and from 4th year we are eligible for full time jobs there are many companys came to college few names are ltm, infosys, tcs , cognizant . the college have got the highest of 96lpa and have an average of 6lpa for companys like infosys and profiles offered are system specialist engineer there are more the 70% of students placed and my plans after the degree is to go for the internship

Course Curriculum Overview:

For mid exam 1:30mins the exam will conduct,and for semister approximate 4 hr, for sem it's difficult compare to the mid exam .in exam some subject ask real time example.some mandatory subject is there for ever department.

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario in vit is simple you have to register for placements by paying 8000 and there will be training sessions Before start of placement season. There are three category of placement that is Dream jobs, super dream jobs, normal jobs like 3-4 lpa. Most of members go in mass hirings from the companies of cognizant and lti mind tree and some other too. An cdc portal is activated for preparing for company exams

Aswome college,with good academics

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in college the highest package this is 96 lakhs and average package is 5 lakchs this year.this year there were over 1800+ placements and over 100+ companys visited and there are training sessions to the students to prepare for the placements

Practical experience of 4 years

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very well organized. It contains the theory and lab components such that the student can gain knowledge in both and get practical experience. The improvement I suggest is the professors should concentrate more on explaining instead of reading PPTs

Campus facilities, girls hostel fee & restrictions in gmrit

Well in EAMCET counselling i applied for several colleges across the ap and most of that I want to be in anits collge which is in vizag but I got this college in my counselling but I never regret to be in gmrit and well my rank is not enough to get the seat in Anits collge but exams are moderate as I said before you can easily score by previous year papers and overall admission process is quite good and our collge accepts cse below 10k rank you can easily get the seat of you are good enough score marks in EAMCET and my college helps a lot of people and have several connections with reputated companies which is quite helpful to students to get new jobs...Read More
