- SIRT-E has excellent academics and excellent infrastructure, means the combo which is rare, is at SIRT-E.
- Placements services are like getting better and better so this is one of the top likes about our college.
- We have so many engagement activities that, we get enough time off studies as well.
Dislikes
- It's the disbalance of students union which needs to be addressed at the earliest.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is not chosen by students alone but on the basis or merit that they get a course. I have seen various sides of our academics in which we are taught more than the syllabus. So, one thing for sure that our college will make an engineer of some note.
Internships Opportunities
Manh companies from Data Science to AI which needs junior engineers offer is roles which are meaningful and help us in our studies too are offered to many. Some students also search it on their own and make sure that they enhance the learning process through that internships.
Placement Experience
How can there be no placements if there is such an honest placements cell which works day in and day out for it. Number rof companies I haven't counted but still good enough to ensure that 8 in 10 students do get campus placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
SIRT-E, a college which is meant for engineering and such courses is a great college. One of the prime reason for that is the fees as it's very affordable. Just 55000 a year for students of general category and for SC/ST the entire tuition fees is refunded in the form of Scholarships. For OBC as well, scholarships is 50%.
Campus Life
Societies and all are sparse to be honest. I mean they do exist but not on large scale but events are like way too many. From Janmashtami to Navratri toh Diwali, the first half of each semester is a novelty. Then in second half we have tech fest in Techno Sagar and annual fest in Sagar Utsav.
Admission
Eligibility is many things as 12th marks in PCM and then the entrance be it AIEEE, JEE Mains or the state entrance those are evaluated and then finally an interview. So, it isn't scary kr tough but yes one has to be on song to get at least CSE here.
Faculty
If there is something, for which I can stariaghtaway say has made an impact is what I can say. Toxicity is something, which is immaterial for them as they are cool just like cucumber. Our of 100 almost, 80 students pass all the subjects and 20 odd gets ATKT.
Night Life
Hostels of colleges are strict and plus college gets over by 4-5 pm. So, not a top night life that we live as it's mostly off campus with friends. Yes, there a lot of top pubs and restaurants near college and on oncassions where events of the colleges are at night, we do enjoy at those places.
