Main thing i like in this college is behaviour of faculty
In our college they are conducting various kind of programs
Entire college staff helps me to study and do my activities

Dislikes

Main thing indislike is less vacation only 10 days
In this college no interactive classes so it is very difficult to understand
We are not getting clincal practice so we don't have practical knowledge

I choosed this course because of the job availability and scope of this subject nowadays it helps to study more about human body and i choose this university because of the exam difficulty level so due to toughness of subject and all we can concentrate more on it

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Im paying an yearly fees of one lakh twenty thousand rs i need to pay my first year fees im depending education loan for my fees purpose and here i need to pay total of 600000 and fees structure vary from one individual from another

Campus Life

Mainly we have farewell lamplighting and freshers day and here we are having extra carricular activities like sports and cooking and we celebrate cultural programmes like pongal deewali holi our trips to explore places

Admission

I took admission throigh agency i chose this college because my neughbour studied here and my mom also working here to get admission we need to get 50% oh physics chemistry and biology Another reason i came here due to less fees

Faculty

My favourite miss is supritha mam because she will try to understand our difficulties and helps in doing works we are having sem exams in every 6 months and having internal examsbin 2 weeks and conduct testpapers in every saturday

Night Life

Mostly we spend night time in cafeteria in our campus we have time limitations for outing we need to get in hostel on or before 8pm we went in market to buy groceries and celebrate my friends birthday

Athena College of Nursing - Whether to choose or not

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is INC approved and they have additional approvals in all over the world. There is clinical postings and community postings which help us to learn to interact with patients in real life. The exams are very difficult to crack and to pass the exams the minimum marks is 40 out of 100.

My days in RGUHS

Placement Experience:

Students were eligible for campus placements through 3rd year final exams. Various hospitals like Columbia Asia, Manipal, Asian Hearts, Max Hopital offered placement to our Students with an average package of aroung 3 to 4 lakhs. Around 25 Students got placement on campus interviews in different hospitals. My plans are to persue for higher studies after my degree and I'm looking forward to it.

The sem exams are held every six months. Nurses are to treat and take care of the patients which should be highly respected. But in colleges there should be more practicals and demo/ practice classes than theory classes.

Remarks:

Our college is a Christian College so to provide the students a spiritual connection a Catholic Church is provided to pray regularly. This makes our college environment very peaceful. Also other facilities includes the options of library and laboratory.
