A diabolical review of AIT

Curriculum is same as how other colleges provide so I can't against about that, still we will learn some things we don't require. And there are not real world problem solving, project building and Industry level teaching which is actually needed for jobs.

I am paying around 1.25L per year for the course of my college, and 20k is the skill development fees and admission fees is around 300/-. For sc/st it is same but they will get guarantee scholarship benefits from the college there fees is very less comparatively.

I actually don't see lots of events in the college, they still celebrate annual day, and other festive moments, but I am unaware if they conduct a technical fest or something which improves student knowledge, still they provide decent enough festive opportunities to students.

The hostel is provided with a bunking bed where upper part is bed and bottom part you have your personal work table and a wardrobe. Hostel mess meals are very poor, the food is diabolic and it's better to get something outside. Hostel is quite affordable but seems worthless for the food one tho.

I have opted throught KCET and have selected this college because it's was in a very good place of Bangalore. Transportation and commute is very easy. And just by KCET selection I got into this college.

Good faculty and are very easy to approach, not all but some of them are not good to communicate and provide proper knowledge of the subject, but still it's like a decent group of people with good amount of technological skills. Every month we have 1 internal exam to test what we have learnt from the following month, which is good and required. And would like discuss about circulam which is but disappointing, we still have some irrelevant subject which are difficult and also not necessary for our course, but still there carry huge marks weightage and need to pass them.

Gym is kinda average, it's always busy tho, never went to library to actually say anything about that, and there are quite good hangout spaces. Hostel Life is fine and better compare to other college, but only problem I can say is about the food, which is mid in taste and they don't change the menu often. The area around the college is also very good, it's a residential area which is good only for students, feels a sense of security around there
