Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is decent as there ekadam koshish vichar studied in different type of branches as they have no links between them as textile branch have to do Ed meaning engineering drawing and civil engineering branch have to do biochemistry but overall the curriculum is very good and well prepared as to provide good knowledge of subject to student.

Internships Opportunities

5

As I am first year student so I don't have too much knowledge about internship but I know that in this IIT internship and placement season start in December. So many companies come and student apply for internship and they get internet in different companies like Goldman Sach etc.

Placement Experience

5

As I am first year college student so I don't have too much knowledge about the placement but iit bhu has the largest alumini network among all IIT by which students gets good approach. In 2025 the highest packages of 2.2 crores per annum and average of 22 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

My first year College fees is approximately 60000 per annum. In first semester my academic fees is approximately 22000 and there is 15000 Mess fees and in second semester the total fees is 8000 academic fees and 15000 Mess fees and in successful years the total fees is less as compared to 1st year

Campus Life

5

My own experience with campus life is very good as there is so much clubs in which there is great clubs like Sahyog club Kashi Utkarsh club astro club music club DFC clubs and apart from this annual festival like KashiYatra sports festival like spradha festival like technex and many more . As this it is the only IIT in which bikes are allowed as this IIT has open campus. In sports as this campus provides well maintaine grounds and equipments and there is inter IIT sports fest in which we can show our skills.

Admission

I choose this college as my rank is in between this college and I want to join college like IIT Bombay IIT Delhi what they have higher rank in advance and according but I like this college also because this college has long legacy as it's the oldest iit among them all.To take admission in this college we have to first do counselling on Joose site and then we have to fill the profile registration on the IIT BHU site in which we have to pay academic fees and mess fees then they give dates in between we have to physical register in the IIT BHU college and then classes will start regularly

Faculty

4

In it bhu the faculty to student relationship very is very good and as some faculty is good and some rude those who are good and help us we like them and those who are rude when we approach them we don't like them. In a year they is two semester. In one semester we have 2 exams in which there is mid sem exam and end semester exam.

Night Life

5

In IIT BHU there is student activities centre sac in which there is gym and equipments of gym are well maintained and new and there is cafeteria and big library. They are so many hostels in IIT and for 1st year there is 10 floor building which is open this year 2024 for 1st year students and for 2nd year 3rd year 4th year and 5th year PhD students they will have different hostel and four circuital branches of third and fourth year there is a separate hostel for them and campus is very beautiful as there is too many plants and trees. The closing time of hostel is from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. for 1st year students because this IIT has open campus and for rest of the years there is no time restrictions but campus main gate will close from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. and only IIT students can go outside and come in by showing their Id cards. The favourite hangout place inside it bhu is limdi corner and outside it there is assi Ghat.

Placement Experience:

Integral University in the third of engineering asks us to take time out for placements training. Students who haven't done any internships are asked to do one or attend the workshops organized at the university. Thus in the final year, we are fully prepared and companies also are never disappointed as maximum students clear the interviews with ease.

Placement Experience:

My college has an average placement of 6LPA. Placement eligibility starts from the end of 5th semester, but when I got promoted to 5th semester, placements declined due the the restructuring in placement cell. So our batch missed the opportunity to attend any placements. In year 2022, the highest placement was around 22LPA and in year 2023, it declined to 9 LPA as there was restructuring in team. After getting my degree I will look for carrier opprotunities on my own, as I have not experienced any placement in my college years.
