Welfare of the masses

Negative : the college needs a sports ground and an exchange program which will facilitate better learning and exchange of ideas,more moot courts and more practical learning. Positives : I have listed all of it above.

The course for the first and second year is completely inclined towards humanities, without a law subject, Which means the law subjects are compressed into a teeny-tiny 3 years package ,where the students have to learn every single law subject in 3 years,there should be standardized textbooks for the current syllabus.

Yes,the internships are good ,from NGOS to Govt organisation, internships are usually given according to preference and availability,the process is very neat and organised making sure every student makes most of it with opportunity given.

The college conducts final year campus placement interviews and various law firms and corporate firms offer placements to the students,and the process is well organised and looked after by the faculty in charge

Lawzilla- the annual law fest,which has various cultural and sports events Human rights week : every year to celebrate human rights week , various competitions and guest lectures are arranged by the college Independence day week is to celebrate the spirit of patriotism.

The fee is feasible ,it is 18000 Rs,on due request students can pay it in installments ,and many students do receive government scholarships through various schemes, yes,the fees are affordable and fees might vary for domiciled and outside Maharashtra students.

The scholarships are usually provided by the government ,and personally I am not aware of any scholarships ,but the college provides concessions to students in need and that is wonderful and uphelds all the values SCLC stands for.

We have a cricket and basketball team ,and some excellent table tennis,badminton players and athletes,but we don't have a sports ground ,the college campus has WiFi ,and a full functioning library and computer lab ,where you can work on your research and projects.

The college doesn't have a hostel facility ,but it is planning to get a hostel soon ,as we have a large campus which we share with other , departments ,so surely we might get a hostel soon within the campus or outside it.

Seniors will help in everything right from studies,sports, theatre and moot courts,all you have to do is ask for help, you'll come across some really brilliant minds who would be more than happy to help you.

The new exam structure is called the 80-20 pattern,where a 20 marks internal exam is conducted within the college and the students later have to appear for the 80 marks paper conducted by the University,both the marks are added up.

Throught the MH CET exam,you have to apply to the colleges According to your preference ,and then there is a freeze and float option , you're alloted the college according to your merit,and the if you get the preferred college you freeze it and then proceed further.

Excellent permanent as well as visiting faculty ,students can talk to the faculties and clear their doubts and get advice on moots ,debates and anything under the legal umbrella,the college has regular guest lectures and a centre for legal studies.
