- Dont expect that college is of 1300 acres.it is about 400 acres
- College is open campus.most of outsiders will travel through the college road
- For first year students we should be in hostel by 11pm
Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate 8 out of 10 . In most of subjects Questions may come directly from tutorials provided by lecturer.Some times they are not relevent at all.if prof is not strict then paper will be moderate to easy
Placement Experience
Placements are very nice .nearly 80 percent of my college are getting placed.top companies like Amazon ,Quant, Nvdia,Zomato,Swiggy etc are coming to my college.My college avg package is nearly 30lpa i think
Fees and Financial Aid
For each sem i have paid tution fee = 106000 Hostel fee=16000 approximately .These fee are for obc category members whose annual income is more than 800000.For students whose annual income is less than 100000 they can apply for nsp scholarship
Campus Life
Campus life is excellent and events are also too good .we can enjoy .it is as expected .sports and cultural events are also there where we can show our skills.and we can get a chance to partcipate in inter iit
Hostel Facilities
Canteen facilities are availabe and menu is ok but don't expect too much because one meal cost 50 rs on veg day and 100rs on non veg day.weekly 3 times a non veg which is chicken cuury and fry .My roomates are good abd talktive
Admission
It is one of the oldest college in india. Faculties are very experienced. And their teaching skills are also upto iit level.If i gor nearly 2 marks extra in my jee adv exam .then i would go to iit roorke
Faculty
Girs to boys ratio will be nearly 1:5 .nearly 1100 students joined with me this year.Some Faculty members are strict and some of them are friendly .i Like my Ma 101 and Cs 101 sirs because they are friendly with us. We have one mid term and one end sem .They are moderate to hard
Night Life
Night life is ok.because we first years dont get a chance to go out after 11pm and canteen will open upto 3am and gym will be closed at 8 o clock i guess.Library will close at 7pm but reading rooms will open upto 1 am
