Based on my experience as a first year and from what I heard here is my university review.

As a first year I can say that the first year course is commen for everyone and teaching methods are well effective and depends on the faculty you get abd the timing of exams. For cia might be challenging but semester exam is not so.

Multiple companies vist sastra and provide internships regularly. Name of the companies are easily accessible through sastra's website. Project outcomes are very impactful and frequent due to multiple labs and facilities available with good mentorship.

As I have heard from 3rd year many companies visy sastra and can be found of their website. Highest average packages are not public and internally revealing which are around 12-6 LPA. Only eligible students are allowed to get placed so getting placed students are kinda hard to tell. My plan after the course will depend on the field of interest that differs throughout my course. I have left an open mind to explore my options and interests

Fees are semester wise and is 85000 per semester. Additional fees are around 10000 and no reservations available as it is merit wise.same fees for every btech courses. Student welfare programmes are available for students who lost their parents where fees are totally covered by the management and semester wise scholarship for top performing students and free accommodations are provided

Many fest are ther elike Colosseum -sports fest Daksh- tech fest Kuruksastra Sastra is signed up to many research journals which are accessible through the library and many more. Many sports are offered here and multiple clubs are available and all are very much active.

Not sure how to answer the facilities part but it's for sure comfortable. No AC rooms available though. And hostel conditions depends on the hostel you choose. Meal quality is not that too.bit multiple canteen are there. Hostel is affordable and easy to register for.PG and rented room....the locality is fine.

Due to its meritwise admission and good infrastructure I thought this is a better option.jo id dint get rejection from any other colleges. It was all online and round wise counselling and everything is done through sastra's site

Faculty is amazing and very supportive and very much available to clear doubts.Computer labs and libarary or available are looking good. 3 CIA exams before Every semesters where best of 2 is taken for internals.... First year curriculum can be found to be irrelevant.

Canteens and library are amazing and gym(not so good though) is available. Hostel curfew is like 8 PM but differ for girls. As usual few greeny spots and canteen are hot hangout spots. Night life is ofc funs and depends on you.
