Likes

Basically ours is women's college so we get more chances in placement and all.
Our college will provide workshop of trending topics and hackathon and mkre.
Our teacher's are quite good in teaching is different from variousl teachers.

Dislikes

The things I disliked about my collge is some teacher's doesn't teach good.
The next things is about food quality in hostel and the facilities of hit water.
Our college also doesn't have well organized labs and they dont teach advances technology.

Course Curriculum Overview

Sharnbasva University curriculum is well structured, following CBCS and OBE,making it flexible and carrier oriented. Faculty is knowledgeable but hand on experience sholud be practiced more.Exams are fair but requires preparation. Overall a solid curriculum with scope for better practical learning.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is 90293 rupees per year.The registertation fees is 1000 per year.For SC,ST the government fees is 500 for them.The student who is from KCET will get scholarship from STATE SCHOLARSHIP PORTAL

Campus Life

The recent fest were like Jnanostva it was both cultural and technical event held during August month.All most all the books are available in library including journals and novel's.Smartboards are available in classrooms. There will be annual sports conducted every year and student can participate in inter college competitions also.

Admission

I chose Sharnbasva University for its industry based curriculum and research driven approach .The process was smooth,with cleae guidelines. Practical exposure could improve,Here I got admission through KCET and you can take the admission easily.

Faculty

The Student and Teacher's a relationship is good because few of our teachers are friendly and we can ask doubts easily.I liked Nandini S Patil Ma'am who motivates me more with her lifestyle and teaching.The best faculty are Shivaleela,Nandini S Patil.I dont like Sheela Maam because her interaction with students is so bad.There are 10 subject for each semester. 30% of the students will fail to clear the exams.

Night Life

Gym is not available in hostel. Only canteen is there.No separate library for hostel we can use college library. The public area closings is upto 6pm.Hostel timings is from 10am to 6pm. College timing is 10am to 5pm.The Sharnbasva Temple,Public Garden,Science Center is nearby places to visit.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester, students are eligible for internships and placements. The placements over here are good but only if you maintain your cgpa. There are various companies that come to college for placements. Placements for cse and ise are pretty good.

Good college overall

Placement Experience:

Placements are common with RV College of Engineering. However for graduating batch of 2025 placements have not been very good. Reason given to us was bad situation of the economy. Also lot of companies do not accept RVITM students and prefer RVCE.

A good college for completing engineering

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't choose this course it comes in my way though I applied for cs ec I didn't get that course as my cet ranking is high Student-faculty ratio 70:5. All faculty are well versed either they pass from IIT or nit or gold medalists in their respective colleges. To pass all know how is vtu same as other colleges which fall under vtu.
