Course Curriculum Overview

4

Well o choose marketing as my specialization because i want to do business after my graduation and while doing college i am doing scm business of coal and vegetables. I choose marketing to improve my knowledge and i can expand my business, but in bmcc there are 2 marketing subject and majorly both are same or interrelated so i didn't liked that.

Internships Opportunities

4

I had not taken part in placement or internships so i don't know more about this , but many companies are there who provided internships. I know only 2 name 1 is ACA global and other one is a bank name i don't know. But overall placement and internships are best of bmcc

Placement Experience

5

Placement is very good of bmcc , like this years only bny , tresvista, eaton , and more good companies came and took 10 students average each company. Also they provided good ctc and package. Students are eligible from 5th semester to take part in placement. 40 percent of students get placement everyyear. My plan after getting the degress is to focus on my business and will to expand it

Fees and Financial Aid

I am non Maharashtrian so for that my first years fees was double form other students , where i had paid 22000 something and in Second and third year my fees was same as other , and i am paying 11000 . If we come to scholarship so i have to brother's so because of us 3 we are unable to take scholarship of government

Campus Life

4

My experience in bmcc is very good because of the events where i took part and also in some competition i won also . My experience of traveling to college is very struggling because i live 22km away from college and it's hard to travel 44km daily. Technical board with sound system are used to teach in classrooms and all technologies are good in bmcc. If we come to library so i think its the biggest library i had saw ever ...more that a lakh books were there.

Admission

I choose brihan Maharashtra college of Commerce because of the well reputation and good experience of my father . Bmcc known as 1 of the best college of commerce in pune and also provide good placement to students . I didn't get rejected from a ny college i fill my 1st form in bmcc and i got selected in bmcc. Admission process is like we have to give entrance exam of 60 percent and remaing 40 percent is our 10th and 12th marks.

Faculty

4

In BMCC all the faculties are good and punctual, few teachers are so interactive and always helps to students. To me the best faculty in bmcc is manali chavan , she was my marketing tecaher in sy and she taught me very well. In a year there are 2 exams means in 3 years there aren6 exam of 6 sems . Exam is totally bases on what taught in class and everything is from syllabus and we can relate to our life also.

Night Life

4

I never stayed in my college full night, but at the time of astitva a college event i used to stay till 12 pm for making charts and all decorations and after that there is amrapali snacks in agarkar road whixh is opend till 11 pm so while work we go and had a coffee which iwas very best. Hostel timing at night is 7pm after that no ones allow to go out or come in.

Placements in my college are decent but not very high. students usually become eligible from the final year and few companies visit for roles like accounting assistant, sales, customer service. The average package is usually around Rs.2LPA-Rs.3LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Due to NEP the course has been more developed to the students and teachers also explain the topocs to us very clearly and the thing should be change that the timing of the paper are at morning time which is at 7:30am it should be 10 or 10:30 because this time the students get late to the paper and didnt get time to prep.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the key aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the B.Com course at Sydenham College was its strong foundation in core commerce subjects such as Accounting, Economics, Business Law, and Finance. The structured progression from basic to advanced concepts, along with exposure to subjects like taxation and auditing, made the program particularly appealing for students aiming for careers in finance, CA, CS, or management.

Placements society of college is just a decade old and still top companies like Zues Capital, Barclays, and Icici bank are among the top colleges that have become a part of ecosystem where 30-40 students is what each companies hires every year. Not many though as too many sections and 500+ students means getting placed even half the students can be a task where Mithibai placement percentage is 60 odd percentage.
