- I really campus life. I got alot of exposure in very short time. Students from different states of india are studying here. They are also welcoming towards international students.
- Faculty is quite amiable and supportive. They encourage co-curricular activities and are always ready to help.
- They are doing their best to put all the skills in students to achieve best placement. They are having seperate departmet just working for this purpose.
Dislikes
- In hostels, mess management is not good. Though their food is good but mess management is not. THey need proper staff for that.
Course Curriculum Overview
They take 2MSTs which really helps to prepare well for finals.curriculam is good as they are proving us classes of communication skills to enhance our verbal skills, understanding and team work with confidence.Students are asked to join clubs and societies to improve their skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
In Chandigarh university, there is 1,30,000 rs. per semester fee for general computer science and engineering. They take Rs.2000 as security and Rs. 2500 as examination fee. They give scholarship based on their CUCET exam. Students need to maintain their 7.5 CGPA each semester for availing their scholarship. FEES of specialisations is moew.It goes upto 1,75,000 depending on the kind of specialisation. For instance, fee of cyber security CSE is1,45,000 rs. per semester.
Campus Life
They conduct every type of events like cultural, sports and technical. they conduct workshops also. They are having many clubs and societies run by faculty as well as students. They also won MAKA trophy this year 2025 in sports and campus life is quite vibrant.
Admission
The process of admission is quite easy here. You need to visit in the university and get your admisssion done here. For the courses which require CUCET, you need to clear that which you can give online and can check your result also online. This university is known for its placements, great faculty ,exposure and extra co-curriculars. These are the reason that i choose this university
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 14:1. Faculty is quite impressive,amiable and supportive. They encourage dstudents to participate in co-curricular activities and enhance their skills. They take 2 MSTs with assessments and then final examination. They work on relative grading system.
Night Life
They provide gym ,tug shop facility in hostels. There are many caffeterias, libraries and parks within the campus. college starts at 9;30 and all classes finnishes by 4:30 depending on their course. Girls are allowed to have dayout on weekends but need to come by 6:00 pm and on campus they need to come by 8:00 pm to their hostels.
