Life at Swami keswanand institute of technology (SKIT), JAIPUR

I am interested in computer science so I take this branch in this college. And currently really enjoyed the study of this branch. The teaching method in this college are so good. And very attractive and made students ready for live industry. The more exams are conducted in this college two midterms and one end term examination is conducted difficulty level is on an average.

Almost 60-70 percentage of students gets placed by in campus placement. And some are from off campus placement. The highest package is ranges from 12-20 lpa. The average package is of nearly 4.50 lpa. And the lowest is 3 lpa. The highest package of 2023 is 47 lpa by Amazon. Major companies arriving for offer placement are TCS, INFOSYS, CONGIZANT, IBM etc. My plan is taking placement from college.

The fees of 1st semester is 65552 and then 57050 in all others semester. There are also extra examination fee 6470 for first semester end term exams and almost 5000 in others next 7 semester. First semester contains total fees as tution fees of 50939. Development fees of 6113. Caution money 7500. Registration fee 1000. Total first semester 65552 And for in semester end exam fee is divided as follows RTU enrollment fees 1000. RTU development fee 2500. Main examination fee 2970. Total 6470 All the students of any branch have to pay same fees except TFWS SEAT students. TFWS SEAT students have to pay only 7000 per semester. There are various types of scholarships are available in this college. Almost all the girls students gets scholarships from various sources. For boys scholarships are only for SC, ST and bpl/ apl obc category students.

The annual fest of college is pravah. And other fest are Ici fest and many other fest are happen. All the festivals are celebrated in campus of college. There are some technical events in these fests and various events that are happen in every Wednesday of the week 2 hours. College have a very large library. Contains 46000 books and many ebooks and cds and others study material like daily newspapers are available. The classroom are good and ceiling fans are attached to it. There are many extra curricular activities are happen in the college almost all the students participate in these with great josh. There are almost 20 clubs are in college students are independent to join any club as per their interest.

All the basic facilities are provided in t he college hostels like bed, chair, table, almirah. The quality of food is average. And the menu is also good. The hostel registration is done at the time of admission. The rooms near campus and PG have low cost then college hostels so most of students live in PG and rooms. outside the campus.

I am only apply for this college as my first choice of reap counselling and my favourite branch computer science and engineering . And I got it in 1st round of counselling at 91.6 percentile. This is the best college ranked no.1 so I choice it and prefer it to my one position. I don't want to go in government college of Rajasthan so I choice it. As I discuss to my all classmates the admission are from both management kota and reap counselling. Students of general category at 80 percentile get cse branch Obc 75 above percentile ST/SC 60+ percentile.

The faculty members of college are very good and supportive and every and any time. students are free to ask for help from them. Really faciomembers are very talented and having very high knowledge in their respective courses.

There is no GD or interview for taking admission. Admissions are taken through REAP counselling and management quota. In reap counselling seats are allocated by several rounds. First three rounds for TFWS seat and other are for self funded seats.

Hostel students are not allowed to go out of campus at night. Boys till 9 pm.and girls till 7 pm are allowed to go outside the campus. Gym is available in hostel. And attendence are mark in room of every student at 9 pm in hostel.
