My day by day growing college CTAE

As I have said the syllabus is designed to focus on competitive exams so It motivated me to join this course. This course is relevant to the present world as we study embedded system, VLSI which are present demand of the country and world so it is very important to create a base and it will be very benefited if I go in career of electronics and communication engineering. There should be some improvement in course curriculum like practical based education should be acquired so that we can learn practical and theory of the topic at the same time. The frequency is two exams in 6 months means students are very much relaxed and there is plenty of time to concentrate on other things if you want to experience another things and you can explore other things. The exams are not so difficult to be passed. If you will study one night or two night with proper dedication then you can easily pass the exam

College provided internship to some of the students in my branch but college needs the email and information of the company where you are applying and college will only send email and no any stipend provided it was given in the airport authority of India in radio communication department to some students as per there availability. No support is given for internship. But I did my internship from electronics and ICT academy IIT Guwahati from searching of my own with 0 stipend and my topic was embedded system and IOT design and I did project on aGas sensing device MQ2,3,4 for sensing the leakage of gases in industries and it will message if there is sensing of leakage to the person. My task was to design it on software and do the connection and coding and it was a nice experience.

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The total fee we pay yearly is around 70000 including both semesters like It is paid per semester wise which is around 35000 rs. For first semester I paid 20580 as college development fee and 24500 as tuition fee and in second semester I paid 24500 for tution fee ànd 10820 rs for college development fee which total is 35320. Only for first semester the development fee was 20580 rs and from 2nd semester it was 10820 and it remains until the end. And the college tuition fee remains the same which makes it total 80400 rs for first year and from second year it is 70640 rs till 4th year. This fee is for self financed seats as I am from other state than rajasthan and there is government aided seats which the state government funds to the only two branches mining and agriculture whose fees for sc/st is 18500 only and for other categories 26000 only and this is only for the above two branches. There are also scholarship for the students whose parents died due to COVID 19. Financial aid is given to the agricultural students from the alumni association it is given to the student who had done nice work in study as well as in every field top 3 students to be given . Various scholarships are given via National scholarship portal and every sc/st or from minority is given scholarship from government I think the college fee is totally returned to them like 50000. Meritorious students are given 3000 rs as award in 2nd and 3rd year of engineering from college. I belong from general category so I haven't received any scholarship.

My overall experience is not so bad because clubs are active here like in my first year there was very much things happening in college for first year students but from 2nd year no event held for 2nd to final year and every event was for 1st year only. If we talk about fest then in 2022 there were two fest held one from college and one from the University but university was not so enjoyable as it was open for more than 5 to7 colleges which comes under the university. The event was organised by the club members and coordinators and the name of college fest was AAGAM and university fest was UTSAAH. College fest held in March and university fest in May. But in next year as there was no any college election held so no any fest organized. The library is very nice but one problem is that about timing means open only at college timings nd closes at 5 pm . There are variety of books available in library which you can read they are reliable for higher education or competition level. The facility in the classroom is very nice as there is hightech classes with smart classroom and whiteboard and samsung tv for screen cast and mirroring. Overall classroom are comfortable includes ac and fan. Sports competition is also organised for interdepartment, intercollege and university level. And extracurricular activities like social service national cadet corps and many other activities like if you want to conduct activities for first year students you can conduct easily. Students run group like our climate change which is social group and eco club and student portal are being developed and it will be active in due time.

Hostel facility is moderate as from first year to third year same room is allotted to two persona nd it includes two chair, two table ,two tubelight and two cupboard for both the roommates. And bathroom and toilet are commen for a floor and floor will contain 8 rooms each. Meal quality is not so good and can be considered for basic leaving as the charges are not so high so it is valid with its rate as rate is decided by government. Menu is well decided by the contracter of the message and the message is common for all and hostel registration is done when you will pay the college fee and you have to make a demand draft for the college boys hostel account and it is around 25000 for double seated room and 26000 for single room as for final year the single rooms are allotted and if you will compare to the paying guest or outside it is affordable and cheaper. I have never rented a room or pg because I find it nice and value for money as no need to stay outside as hostel is perfect place but some of my friends have rented room at bohraganeshji chauraha a PG

I chose this college because it was a government college and government focus on colleges for proper funding and education of students. I applied for Madan mohan malviya gorakhpur but here in rajasthan the counselling is done before malviya and I had to pay the fee if not paid then the college will be allotted to other so I paid the fee and locked my college. At that time both college were at same point I think so I joined my college as both college placement were same but I after some time I realised that madan mohan malviya is growing faster than my college and I also applied for other colleges in aktu as well but I had said before that rajasthan counselling is done before all of them and I was dropper so I thought first to lock the college then think about anything. The admission process in my college was great nd easy as some of documents were left at my home. They had given me 3 month of time to submit it to the college so I will say admission process was nice. I got rejected from no any college because in counselling I applied for many colleges and some of private colleges have given me seat in previous year when I was in class 12th but I thought that I can try once again and get a good iit/nit/iiit but luck not in favour. COVID was a main factor as I thought I will go to kota for preperation but due to COVID lockdown I have to stay at home. The process of admission is first you have to qualify jee mains and there will be a counselling called REAP ie rajasthan engineering admission process and after filling for counselling you have to fill the college you want to apply for. The result will be announced and you will get a rank based on your jee rank and after COVID one more process you can apply by class 12 percentage as my rank was 747 in rajasthan and I got CTAE Udaipur I have the chance to apply for upgrade as It was 4th option and in above three options I have chosen but I didn't applied because I have written a wrong college CSE above so I didn't applied

The ratio of students to faculty is around 1:25. The faculty is very nice and supportive in my department and the faculty is ready for your help and easily approachable and they are ready to help you everytime. The best faculty in my department is Dr Sunil Joshi and Dr Navneet Agarwal as they are very kind and supportive and are ready for your any help. I didn't liked Rashmi madam she was my digital electronics teacher and digital communication also. As she was very rude and not so kind to give material of exam. There will be 2 exams held in every semester, first is mid term of 20 marks in every subject and everyone have to pass it by getting 8 or greater than 8. And second is End semester exam of 80 marks if there is no any practical in that subject and if there is any practical then it will be of 50 marks and 30 marks for practical and din my point of view the syllabus is great in my point of view as it is designed in relevant to the GATE exam and we had studied all the subject in 2nd year. So I think the course is relevant and very good
