Pros and Cons of KL UNIVERSITY

- The course currculam is very much flexible and good structured. - Kl University management plans the course structure very well and also changes according to the requirements of current market and industriy. - The courses we have is of basic level technology they don't move in depth of the courses. - There is more throey and lecture classes compared practical classes. -Keeping up more practical classes and keeping indepth course curiculum is required - apart from this remaining areas are very good and upto date.

There are many companies came to my college offering good internships and ppos like paypal,jpmorgan where around 15 students from our college got selected for job ,At&T also came to our college and provided the internships,There are many startup companies where they provided the internship opportunites with reasionable stiphends.

- Campus placements in my college is very much better than compared to other non IIT and NIT colleges in Andhra Pradesh. - From 7 th semister onwards people are eligible to the campus placements. - We have campus recruitment training from 2nd year even sem onwards - we usually have vey intense training for placements. - They teach all required skill set in the training program. - For CRT(Campus recruitment training) Program they charge 30,000/- This is my final Year , my college has brought many drives even in this recession period. I have palced in 4 companies even in this recession period and worst market sistuation. In Placements wise KL University provide good oportunities to their students. -There are many companies came to my college which are: JPmorgan, Oracle, TCS, accenture, Cognizant,Capgemini,Amazon,Barculus,PayPal,Micron,swiggy,physicswala,LTI mindtree, Techmahindra etc.. - My college brings product based , service based and good number of Startups. -Currently The highest package in my 2025 batch is around 30 LPA - around 60 to 70% of the students are currently placed in the college still ther are drives going on. -I have got placed in 4 companies which are TCS, Yash technologies,Cognizant and Techmahindra. -My plans after getting degree is to prepare for gate while doing job and then opt IIT kanpur for Mtech. Which is my dream college.

I am currently pursuing Btech final year. In my second year i have enrolled in the BBA online course in my college for good future opportunities. Coming the my online BBA course details: - Intially they enrolled us for free of cost so me and my friends enrolled in that course later seeing the more number of people they kept minimal fee per semister for only kl students whihc is 5000/- - For Kl University students this course is used to be free. - we basically do this course in felxible hours. - Overally it is good but not that efficient. Now entering into my Btech offline course: - intially when i came join to this college i was asked to pay 1,30,000/- per semister but after seeing my merit score card in 10th and 12th they gave 25% concession on my sem fee structure based on condition of maintaining >9 CGPA for four years. If the I broke the CGPA condition i have to pay 1,30,000/- for each semister. - during my batch registration for outer state studente there is around 10% fee concession - there is no fee concession based on categories Present scenario of my college: - when i ask to my juniors about theri tution fee they said that it is around 1,50,000/- per semister - Student who score above 95percentile in JEE mains gets free seat in KL University - KL University conducts entrance exam KLMAT every year. Students who score more in this exam gets good fee concession Hostel life and fees: - The hostel fee is more than the reseonable rent. we have to pay around 160,000/- per year . - Girls have good accomidationed hostels where for boys they provide construction one which is on going 24/7 making huge disturbance for boys. - Kl Hostels for boys are not at all good and they cost more money and provide only basic requirements. -

KL university conducts many college fest and national wide fests. The annual and technical festivals majorly are: 1) Raga fest- which is annual fest where this fest will be conducted around Feb 1st week 2) Surabhi fest - which is aslo annual fest which is conducted in oct and sep months 3) Samyak-which is national wide fest conductes in every odd sem 3) Department technical fest like ZOTRIYA,#include. Coming to library : -Library provide wide range of books and also provide e-books to the students on requirments. -there are around three floors of books shelves in library with many systems. -But one draw back is the maintainence of the systems in library is not good and many system are damaged and hard to handle. The facilities and Technologies provided in the classrooms: -we have good class room facilities like individual chairs for every one - around 60 members fits in a class - All classes are have projectors and required technologies - The ventilation and air conditioning of the class is very much good. Kl university offer almost all kinds of the sports,My college separate playgroud facilities for each sports.Sports in my college are: Cricket- there is huge cricket ground in the college Athletics battementon table tennis, Lawn tennis weight lifting taiqwando, zudo basket ball, volley ball, cricket practice nets and so on... Almost there is all kinds of sports in my college and seperate ground and reuired facilites for each sports. My college even has good gym facilities also. There are wide range of cluds in my college: I was part of NCC and NSS in my college. We have SAC(Student activity center) weher students can start their own clubs with their innovative ideas. SAC mad provide good oportunuties to the students with entreprenure mindset and also to the student with different goals like acting and directions. SAC provided around 50Lakhs fund to buy an real movie camera for the Acting clud. SAC never demotivate the students hope and dreams.

Their is total partiality for boys and girls regarding hostels. Girls have good accomidation and facilities in their rooms.where boys hostel are still in maintianance and construction.Girls are provided with big rooms where boys have small rooms. The rent of the hostel is very high boys have the hostel fee around 150000 and girls have fees around 200000. The facilities KL provides in the rooms are: 1) They provide the Fridge,microven(which is off no use where we are not allowed to cook but why did they give microoven),wardrobe for a room and two tables per room. 2)rooms are well ventilated but too small Coming to mess quality and Menu in My hostel: The mess management system is not all good they can't afford good quality food to the students though they take lakhs of rupees from us. They quality of food is moderate but they keep variety of items Menu during morning is: they basically serve 4 kinds of breakfast out which three are common which are kichidi, pongali,eggs, other one changes every day. They also add sprouts with cofee and milk. menu during lunch and dinner: weekly three days they keep non-veg but only during night. The non-veg item is only chicken. Breakfast is good in the hostel. where in lunch and dinner we face a big rush where students have to wait for hours for lunch and dinner.

I am corona batch student .so, during corona time my parents don't want to send me to other states because of the intense situation at that time. Basically i wanted to go IIT kanpur. I have prepared for JEE mains but i was not allowed the exam by my parents. However based on 10th and 12 th merit score my college gave good fee concession on tution fee so parents thought KL University is near to home and giving good fee concession and also found the college good placements record and good grenery. So they Joined me in this college based on these parameters. The admission process for every one is very simple: step-1) pay 15000 advance step -2) get the Registration ID and fill up all details required step-3) Submit the required documents step-4) agree to the coditions kept to me which is to maintain >9 CGPA overall other my fee concession will be removed. step-5) Join the college. There are various ways of admissions: 1) Through KMAT, for registering for this exam students have to pay around 1500/- and the cutoff depends on the number of students. mostly the cutoff is moves around 85 % 2)Based on KMAT score top scorer students gets scholarship. 2)Through JEE main , student who get good JEE score like above 95percentile will get the free seat.

- Faculty- to student ratio is not very good enough. some times there faculty feels too stress for working over hours as the students is too high. - some lecturers are very good and talents. From them i mostly like my programming subject sir whose name is srinivas sir and my mentor Yogesh sir who left the college currently as he good job in one of the fang companies. - many lecturers come to the class for sake of salary they don't know even what they are teaching and some justs reads ppt in evry class .

The nightlife in my college is very astounding and mesmorizing. You will hangout for hours and hours effortlessly. The best place to hangout in the campus are, R and D block area, near libray ,cricket ground and the huge garden place beside of our hostel. There is one draw back in nightlife of my college where only boys are allowed to roam during nights and girls were not allowed to roam in the campus and they were gaurded with heavy security guards. We have strict timings in the hostel like after 10 no one is allowed to roam in the campus. Which brings feel like i am in jail full of restrictions. Hostels for girls have good accomidation but for they give construction one and charge heavy hostel fees. Kl University take more care to the girls. They have seperate Gyms in their hostels and for boys there is only one GYM where the strength of the boys wanted to go gym is around 3000 We have good cafiterias at every floor in the college. Most famous one satish cateen and Naturals.
