- College structure is well organized and well maintained. there are separated building for each department in this college.
- College has total of A to H block and have library, sports area, football ground which i like the most. the labs are well organized and fully functional.
- college faculty is great and well educated. they have a good experience in teaching.
Dislikes
- The college is very small in area and less activities.
- College have limited hostel seats for students specially for boys. So, you have to come first to get college.
- College does not allow students in college whose who live outside the college . so the cannot use any facility of college except study .
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculm is great for all the student which consist physical experience with labs and many AI centers in the college. The college consist 4 exams before End sem exam. which are CA1 then mid sem1 then CA2 then mid sem 2 . then End sem are held. You will not get much free time during the course because of assignments and HW.
Internships Opportunities
The college keeps students Up to date on there college email about internships and hackathons which are being held. many government funded hacakthones are held and many company comes for the internship recrutment. for example tata, microsoft , google etc.
Placement Experience
College have average package of 8LPA. and its on campous placements are great with highest of 62LPA and lowest of 2.35 LPA. Many companies comes in KIET for ex. Amazon , microsoft , infocis, wipro , cisco , Network solutions ,Tata , Tech mahendra and many more.almost 75% students get placed in the college. I think i will get good package and will continue my job after college.
Fees and Financial Aid
As we enter in the college the first year college fees is 140000 and it increases after first year. If you take hostle you have to pay additional 107000rs for the hostle of 3 person room ans 120000 for 2 person room. Tution fee is 112099 , Registration fees is 3500 , security is 1000, alumni fee is 1200, books bank fees is 6000, medical fee is 700, student developement fees is 16000(which include lab fees as well). so total amount is 140499 for everyone.
Campus Life
There are many festivals in the college. The first event is freshers , then many more on the religious festivals. There are many club in which students can take part and inhence there experience. for example GDSC, Innoech, Devops, and may dance club singing club litrature clubs .
Admission
I chose KIET because of its growth in the college sector , as many company are approching KIET every year and giving good package. and the infrastructure is great other then other colleges . and its average package which is of 8LPA is good with respect to other private colleges.
Faculty
The faculty is good . There are 70 to 75 students in each class. and each student get there mentor (1 mentor for 35 students ). faculty is friendly. some faculty does not provide full knowlege to students due to less time alloted.
Night Life
There are Gym for hostlers, and Good cafeteria , best library , and many chill spots for the students , the hostel in time for girls is 8 pm and for boyse is 10 pm. the campus in time for girls is 7.45 pm and for boyse 9 pm.
