Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is fairly recent and trendy, i would say. With the advent of the NEP, the ideas of these new courses are nice, but they arent being implemented properly. The way of teaching js really old, and very monotonous, with the professor just writing on the blackboard without explaijing much.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

So the fees per semester is around 6-7k. From which mainly 4k is tuition fees, and the rest is exam fees, library fees, etc. For women, the tuition fees is 0 There are scholarships available but after you top the class in the respective semesters

Campus Life

The social life is one of the best aspects of our college. The XartFest is the best experiences you can have in your life. It also has a vast collection of books in the library. The lab experiments are really outdated, all around 20-30 years old. There are many clubs in our college.

Admission

I chose this college because i found that after my research, this was the best college to pursue a career in Physics in Gujarat. It generally has a high eligibility criteria of around 90% cutoff in Boards, but in my year it wasnt that high so i was able to join

Faculty

Most of the faculty members are very chill and friendly. But there are some which are rude and backward. Many of the faculty members that teach me dont really have proper knowledge about the topic which they are teaching and apparently have a PhD in.

Night Life

There is no nightlife "in" our college. Because students arent allowed to be in campus after 6:30 pm. The boys hostel which is situated inside the campis also has to follow this rule, where they cannot roam in the main campus after a certain time.

What it is to be a student at The National Forensic Sciences University

Placement Experience:

My course and the placements are mostly government-related. We go to forensic science laboratories (FSLs) which are all over India for jobs. We can be recruited as scientific officers or scientific assistants etc. In Kerala, I have to give the PSC examination for recruitment.

NFSU Gandhinagar is best for forensic science!!

Placement Experience:

Many forensics labs and some government agencies which deals in it are the ones that provides us jobs after pursuing Forensic Science degrees. On and average the initial salary is 5-6 lakhs a year if you are passed out from NFSU.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The student ratio is a bit higher as mostly the females prefer to do forensics sciences. The male ratio is lesser than the female one. In my class, the ratio of males to female is about two ratios eight. The exam is not as hard and it's on a basic level as compared to that of the Jai and its level but as the University has started itself from the beginning, the level is getting harder.
