Entrance Preview

College admission was thru MP-PET and I have secured rank of 400 during that period. The college previously was known as Govt engineering college Ujjain and has been one of old colleges in the state, Madhya Pradesh.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of this college comes under RGPV, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, and the curriculum was as per the university. Course curriculum is very well structured with routine tests to asses one's performance. Grades are also awarded for better attendance in respective subjects.

Internships Opportunities

The internship happend in BSNL for electronics. There was not stipend during over time.We had to apply for internships voluntarily. Although only a few companies would offer a stipend, the likes of Mahindra Rise and Tata Steel/ Tata Motors, the overall internship experience in any mechanical company is fulfilling.

Placement Experience

The placement was quite good for our batch of 2006. A record number of over 500 students were placed in Infosys and over 350 students were placed in Wipro, which were only next to VIT University in India.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes here was loan facility available from each and every bank but have not taken any. And about scholarship i do not think that our college provide any kind of scholarship or anything. But i think college should provide scholarships for students.

Campus Life

The gender ratio was not good in departments which usually happens, but in all other batches it was good. Labs had old instruments and not the latest ones but manageable. competitions you will get to know of what is happening where and it is upto mostly individual to participate.

Average placements, Good infrastructure and Good placements

Placement Experience:

I think for 7th and 8th semister students are eligible for the campus placements. The companies like tcs, Amazon, Capgemini, D mart and etc and some other companies. The highest package is about 8 lacs and the lowest package around 2 lacs. The good number of students are placed in the college and like 20 to 40 percentage students have placed in college placements. After getting this degree I will try for a job or I will go for master's.

Recently, placement for discussed up in our college. And people are really placed in a good companies out of 103 students were placed in the Google, and the rest of students were placed in in guitrucs as much as I remember it. Its average package is 7. Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

College placement are good as compared to other colleges because in recession time only tit college provides placement for our students so college placement are better but if you are hardworking man or women so your package is better so if you take good package so start hardwork or discipline in college academic. This college average package is also better than other colleges like lnct, oriental because this college average package is something 4 to 5lpa and highest package is something 50 lpa. And also very good companies visit our college like TCS, Capgemini,Hcl ,Sap etc and also advantage of college because this college tie up with Capgemini or kpit companies

Reality of college according to me

Placement Experience:

In this college students become eligible from five or six sem to sit in campus placement, companies like TCS , capgemini ,etc. regularly come to our college , The average package of our college is good enough as per the private colleges it is 4 to 6 lakhs per year which is good for freshers

UEC UJJAIN - Average, Affordable college with a govt tag

Admission process to Uec is done through jee score through mpdte counselling. Once you are allotted a seat here you need to physically visit the college in 3 days of time and confirm your admission. It's a very easy and quick process. Cutoff scores through jee depends branch to branch. For Cse, Ece you need 80+ percentile and for the lower branches like chem, civil you can get them at even 20-60 percentile. The other college i got into was MITS GWALIOR i was getting ece there but based on the city and moving out process didn't work out as I'm a ujjain resident so uec was local for me. If i would've got into even a pretty decent private college like vit, manipal, symbiosis I'd have chosen that over getting an admission here definitely...Read More
