The placement cell is quit good. It helps in developing skills.

The rules are quit odd like change of sections every semester
The fees is quit high for some families to admit there child.
The university offer many courses because of which it is very rushed

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses are very relevant and quit good on the basis of opportunities provided. Every thing is taught that is required in placements. Teaching method is mostly using ppt slides and smart board integrated with high speed wifi.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 192000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are given round the year via emails. It is very usefull in campus placements because it helps bulding skill and experience. They are provided for all the courses and are also affordable.

Placement Experience

The campus placements are good here. The placement cell works hard in teaching appropriate skills.Many Companies visit the campus every year and provide 70-80% placement with average salary of 4 to 5 lakhs per annum

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees is 3,48,000 rupees per year for btech cse program. It increases every year for freshers but not for old students. Hostel registration fees is 15,000 charged once throughout the course.

Campus Life

Campus life is very good with lush green campus and every amenities provided possibly. It has food courts and other shops near by the campus and also a huge library with books for almost all the courses offered.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are quit good with okaish mess food. Hostel has wifi access and ambulance access 24x7. It is clean and well maintained. The rental properties are nearly 2-3 kms from the college main campus and are affordable.

Hostel Fee: INR 22000 per year

Admission

This college was chosen by me because of good placement and campus life. It has all the important amenities including sports stadiums and extracurricular activities. Other colleges were more crowded than this.

Faculty

Exams are held 4 times an year. An examination fees of 1000 is charged twice an year. The faculty us quit good. The courses contains labs with advanced equipments. Grades are calculated through credit systems.

Night Life

Night life is good because clubs are nearby. A sector road goes in between the college campus that has all kinds aur shops and restaurants. The vast area of college can be toured during night time with adequate lighting.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
