Course Curriculum Overview

3

In the first year we have to study lot of non graded courses that sometimes really but tough as they demand attendance and project work without any grades just satisfactory or unsatisfactory. And also the labs marks are so unpredictable.

Placement Experience

3

As in iits mostly placements are secured but ofcourse we have to work on our skills which mostly iitians do because of the competition. If we are not from circuital branch we have to study coding languages, dsa and all to be assured of our placements because mostly companies come to the college to offer such jobs which requires this skills

Fees and Financial Aid

Academic fees (Tution Fees) :- 1lakh for gen/obc (with annual income more than 5lakh) 2/3 remission in this fees if annual family income is less than 5lakh. It is zero in the case of sc and st students. Hostel and mess fees combined is 46,700 for all the students , Irrespective of their categories.

Campus Life

5

There are lot of active clubs in my college and ofcourse you get a chance to work on projects with seniors in this clubs so it's lot better to gain knowledge and experience from them . We have a separate sports fest of our college Varchas which allow us to compete with other colleges and prove ourself. The facilities are top notch as we study in top engineering colleges for India. Their is library and all the necessary things a student need in his life.

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostels are single occupancy and separate ac is given for every single room. The complete hostel is provided with wifi and lan port in every single room. Their are geezers for hot water. 24*7 Electricity is provided so it is the best thing in our college

Admission

I ofcourse wanted the upper iit colleges which are upper in ranking than iit jodhpur but as my jee advanced marks I got what I deserved so it's okay . It's true if you want a better competitive people environment so that you can improve yourself you should try to get top iits by studying hard.

Faculty

4

Faculty is good but honestly mostly students study on their own through notes they provide ,we go classes just for the 75% attendance criteria. The professor incourage students to work on the projects under their guidance for experience.Their are number of quizzes depending on the subject, one minor exam and one major exam . Ofcourse if you study it will be easier and not that much hard as we think

Night Life

5

Their are no restrictions of timing within the campus and outside the campus we just have to fill entry register in case of late night entries. Gym,Library are 24*7 open , during 4-5 am in the morning their is one patrolling vehicle but if you hide for that moment it is safe because they just say to go to our hostel at that moment.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average but improving. Students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. A few companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture (off-campus support), Capgemini, and some local Jaipur-based IT firms visit the campus. Most offers are for software trainee, support, testing, or analyst roles. The average package is around 3–4 LPA, while the highest package goes up to 8–10 LPA (mostly off-campus or through exceptional performance). Around 60–70% students get placed through campus or combined on/off-campus efforts.

Overall the curriculum is rated high on the comprehensiveness but moderated to high i relevance. the program's focus on renewable energy Integration and the availability of high end labs influenced me to choose this course and the curriculum provided real world foundation for public sector roles and higher studies. Exams follow the rtu cycle and the difficulty is generally high from the other branches and they are following old pattern and syllabus it should be updated

So the curriculum is good but if I talk about the latest then it's not up to that level like nothing is up to that level you cannot learn new things you have to still stick around to old thanks and real world applications there is nothing you have to separate your mind in two ways the one is for your semester exams and another is for your real world challenges
