A prospective of student on kurukshetra University

I have more interest in Chemistry subject than other subjects so it is the one reason to choose that course and second one is that the faculty of department is very highly qualified and the best faculty in the entire north region of India. teachers need to deliver lecture verbally rather than on projectors. Timing of exam is after every six months and exam difficulty level is moderate .

Barc ans ongc like companies visits to the department and offer the project with stipend to students. There are project on heterocyclic compound , enzyme, synthesis of different chemical from another chemical to get desire product

There are alot placement from the department directly . From 4th semester students are eligible for the placement in companies and industries. There are 2 companies that visited our department for placement and approximately 5-6 offers are made. Highest package is 6 lac and lowest package is 4 lac per annum . 5-6percent of students get direct job in companies and industries. My plans after degree is to pursue PhD .

MSc. Is 2 year program.First year academic fees are thirteen thousand eight hundred rupees and 2nd year fees for academic session is eleven thousand two hundred. Total fees of course is 25000/-.all fee are included in it like lab fees development fees , tution fees, admission fees. Fees structure is same for all categories. There are many schemes given by government for scholarship of students like NEP , state level scholarship, on basis of graduation scholarship ship etc. which is upto 20000/- rupees.

Social life in university campus is amazing. Its teaches us a lot things which is valuable for life. University campus is very nice . There are alot festival is celebrated in campus like ratanawali in October ,lohri in January ,holi in March , Ganesh visarjan and other festival are also celebrated. There are library in university and also a library in each department and each and every book is present related to subject . There are projector in class room for smart studies. There is a class representative in class which follows the teacher advice and class students follow class representative advice. There is also sports activities in department. as a sports meet is also organised between teacher and students for getting better relationships between them. There are sports complexes in campus where every facilities for sports are Available and students enjoyed the facilities.

There are single person room which are allotted to students. In starting a single room is provided with a table , a chair, lighting and a bed , a cupboard with attached balcony. The hostel mess is good , provide good quality food and have a Good veraity of food . Food is like home. After admission in respective departments you want then You are eligible for hostel registration and then you have to register for hostel and needs to wait to get approval from hostel wardens and later than hostel room is allotted to you. I haven't rented a room or PG but there are many PG or room which are located outside the university on 3rd gate of University .

I have applied for three university and i get selected in all three of them but i get this department because of faculty and its campus value. Its faculty is top in north region of India which is not in other universities where i applied. No i didn't get any rejection form the college where i applied. I cleared the entrence test for all the university . Eligibility criteria for admission is a entrance test which is taken in offline mode omr based. Cutoff of the test is not so high . Its is moderate . After clearing cut off the admission process starts and documents will be submitted and admission fee is deposited and now you became a university campus student.

There are 20 faculty teacher over 120 students in the course. The teacher and students relationship ship is very good and friendly.teacher behaviour is very kind to students . there are meeting between students and mentor (faculty teacher) every week. As i am a organic chemistry student i like organic faculty the most. Organic and physical faculty are the best faculty in the north region of india . I don't like inorganic faculty because they know everything to can't deliver properly to students and we can't understand it properly.

There are many places to hangout at night around university campus like bharam sarovar. Here we do some fun activities, site aside and enjoy nature view enjoy water sound, . There are gym near University where we used to go in evening time. There are central library in university campus for students where we can sit and learn. A book library is also present from where we can borrow our respective books. There are girls and boys hostel in campus. The timing of girls hostel is 6a.m. to 6:30 p.m. And there is no timing on boys hostel . There are famous cafeteria named vintage, bistro, zoca in sector 17. The locality is safe to roam around at night . There are cctv cameras on road.
