Remarks

College management is good. uniform compulsory for every day. Saturday-Sunday off very very strict college wrt study. Bad thing - there is only 1st yr hostel for boys then we have to arrange our accommodation girls got college hostel for 5 yrs.

Course Curriculum Overview

There is a New exam B.arch pattern 2019 for SPPU University. there is TOS, AGD, BD, WS, HOA, PE subject in that field. We all know that Architecture is the Professional degree course of 5 yr study. Campus and Infrastructure were totally awesome.

Placement Experience

We all know that No college offers any placement in the Architecture field but our college provides an internship for students in 5th yr. So students got well placements according to their internship work.

Fee Structure And Facilities

B.arch 2019 pattern OBC - 64000 Rs/ 1st yr Open - 12000 Rs/yr NT - 14000 Rs/yr This is 1st yr. Fee structure with all expenses + 6000 study material but other expense is high(100-200 every day for study material).

Fees and Financial Aid

Mahadbt scholarship scheme available in college for every cast, 50% fee for OBC cast 120k for Opencast

Campus Life

Best campus life. No other person allowed on the campus without permission. ID card strictly compulsory for gate entry uniform compulsory.

Hostel Facilities

Rs. 77000 per yr. Hostel fee with mess fee. The mess of this college is awesome. really guys. the best meal opted in that college mess. Ragging not done. the hostel was very strict with 2 boys in 1 room, very clean hostel, hot water 24 hrs, mess is awesome

External Expense: More Than Rs.15000

Admission

Really one of the best college in Pune. Admission carried out by DTE Maharashtra process Admission start on July month I got admission in this college through CAP rounds. I put that college on 1st preference because I know that this is the best institute for B.arch study with experienced faculties which are very very friendly with students

Faculty

Faculties/teachers are the best ones in all SPPU University. all are with the best experience. There is no any complaint regarding faculties/teachers, helpful staff, good infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation.There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Best Architectural college in PCMC

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the architectural course because I love designing buildings. The teachers were good, and there weren't too many students in each class. They knew a lot about architecture and taught us in different ways, like drawing and going to see real buildings. The exams were fair and not too hard, but you had to study. Overall, I liked the course and learned a lot about architecture.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.

The campus of the college is good. It has a separate building allotted to architecture, having all amenities. The faculty is also supporting the Admission process is pretty similar to other colleges and it becomes easy with the help of staff.
