Course Curriculum Overview
I opted for M.Sc.Chemistry. I choose this couse in this department because it provide good lab work .There are some fields that needs improvement like library facility in department, timely covering of sallubus .
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is affordable by students and also there is concession for ST / SC students. About scholarship ,there are some university and governmental schemes for students that are available ,which provide great help to many students.
Campus Life
There is annual meet at the end of semester and celebration of festivals like lohri,diwali etc.Most of course related books are available in university library. There are facility of smart classes in classrooms.There is sports meet in our department at end of February.
Admission
I preffered this university over others because the NAAC grade of this university is the highest and available of hostel facilities.Regarding admission procedure,it includes an entrance exam .Tbe eligibility includes about 55% in your previous course i.e.if opted for Masters the you should have 55% marks in your graduation.
Faculty
There are semester wise exams in department and they are of moderate level.Most of the students are able to clear it.My favourite teacher is professor Dr.Sanjiv Arora ,who is very supportive and teaches in a very nice way .
Night Life
There is facilities about gym in hostels and cafes near department.The Hostel timing for girls' hostel is proper .There is facility of libraries in hostel campus and within each hostel which are open for students for 24 hours.
