It's infrastructure is good . We have two buildings in our department.
Teachers are friendly .they tell us about research papers
Department involved us in extracurricular activities.

Dislikes

Teachers can not complete the syllabus on time .
Cleanliness is not good enough of my department.
Washrooms of department are not good enough .

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose chemistry department because it is very interesting subject.It also have job scopes. The teaching methods can be improved, it should be more digital. The difficulty level of exam is appreciable.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 13683 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is affordable. Fees of different categories like SC, BC, General have different fees . Some scholarship is also given for students of SC. But scholarship does not given to general categories more as compared to SC and BC categories

Campus Life

Annual prize distribution is held by the department. Freshers and farewell parties also held by department for juniors and seniors. Sports activities and extracurricular activities also done by department and teachers also involve in these activities with students. Campus Life totally different from college life ,it's exploring.

Admission

The environment of my department is very good . I like it's infrastructure like labs , classes . The teachers are humble and welcoming towards students. The working of department is very disciplined. I don't get any rejection from any other colleges . I want to do my pg course from department of kurukshetra University.

Faculty

Faculty of my department is strict and disciplined. Library of my university is very good . The marking scheme is strict . Teachers are always welcoming towards students . Exams conducted by department is very well mannered.

Night Life

Here the famous hangout place is Brahma sarovar for students after a day of classes . There is gym facility also in hostels of girls . Medical center also available in university. Timing of girls hostel should more , it has very less time for girl students to enjoy .night outs are not allowed for girls

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus is very strainght forward in first semester it includes most of the part of bachelors so that we can recall everything . syllabus includes technical subjects which can be applied into the real world. i think syllabus for first semester is too vast , some part of this should be added into 2nd semester .

University life is the best.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is quite relevant and it prepares you for your incoming life challenges. And you also learn how to handle the stress in 1st semester The areas of improvement maybe the faculty should pay more attention to 1st year students And guide them effectively.the timing of exam was 9:30 -12:30. And apko enough time milta h preparation k liye in between exams. Difficulty level is high

Kuk chemistry department

Placement Experience:

See placements for msc chemistry students is very limited everywhere. Only some of the students accept placements offer because the ctc is not so much. Most of the students go for net jrf instead of doing private jobs. They prefer to go research and also some students apply for phd in europe or usa where they get really good stipend

Placement Experience:

Are chemistry department has a nice placement cell headed by Dr Sangeeta Saini mam the department provide placement for most of the students. the annual average package offered by the department with student is around 3 to 4 lakhs per year many companies visit the campus at the end of the tenure

Going through my university.

Placement Experience:

As per the placement most replacement work done from the BTech department. And there are many companies who give their advertisement for the recruitment and they take a test in which last semester student or the student who has just fast are eligible. So placement are offered mostly in engineering department but some companies also post advertisement for many other department like BCA ,BBA ,Bsc and Msc. Highest package round 8 to 9 lakh. The average packages round 4 lakh. The percentage of student getting placement is not high but it is around 60%. I want to pursue my career in data science.
