Course Curriculum Overview

I prefer Bca as skill development courses. It gives me opportunity to learn new things and makes me reliable for jobs in IT sector. Today IT sector have more jobs than any others sector in my point of view .

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee per semester is 15000 with 3000 exam fee. 1000 admission fee. 2 semester per year , Yearly fee is 36000. No scholarship are provided to students relatively to their caste or other category.

Campus Life

No festival has taken place in college since I am enrolled. The technological provisions of classes are good smart class and large classroom is provided to students. Infrastructure of college is good.

Admission

First reason to apply for this college is it's location , near from my home . Less crowded campus so that faculty and lectures can easily co-operate and focus on students. No, I don't get rejected from any other colleges.

Faculty

Faculty and students relation in our college is good. They are friendly to students and strict towards studies. Regular classes are taken and they are always available for students doubt and any other issues regarding to campus.

Night Life

Such facilities are not available in our college. As local in area no experience of hostel and campus at night. Timing of college is regular and same everyday. .

Placement Experience:

The placement of tula's institute is very good in Uttarakhand. Alot of companies visit here and takes interview of students. The average package for BCA cousre is 2.4 lakh which is equal to their tution fees.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 3rd year i.e from 5th semester for engineering students . The university invites more than 150 companies every year. Some of the major recruiters of GEU, Dehradun are Samsung, Wipro, Axis Bank, Vodafone, HCL, Genpact, Syntel and IBM. The package depends on the course you have opted for , like for engineering students the average package this year was 8 lakhs and the maximum package was 48 lakhs whereas for BCA students the maximum package is 6-7 lakhs. Almost all the students get placed except for 1 or 2 . Even they get placed after some traning provided by the college. Currently I don't have any plans regarding future , I am just trying to make my present the best and then let's see how the future unfolds.

Remarks:

You'll get the fundamental pleasantries however don't keep your expectations high. There is uniform in the grounds with the exception of Wednesday. My group possibly the last bunch with full time uniform so that is up in the air. The library has grown up quickly. For the underlying year you'll get books which you can peruse however later on the correct reading material are not given by the library. You have to approach the instructor's for PDFs, PPTs and so forth. Workstation is must for making due here in UPES. You have to experience some futile online courses with week by week assignments. In the event that you are remaining in bidholi, at that point transport accommodation for late night won't be available.

About My College Expereince

Remarks:

Positive comment about college is the best faculty and environment for studies. The negative remark is that a much better can be done for job placements and internships provided by the college. Till now it is not up to its best. If it will get improved more students will get a chance to prove themselves. And some big MNC must be called for internships and company placements.
