Course Curriculum Overview

3

I have a particular interest in computers and coding .Teachers here are good and are quite supportive .The CTS are held around every 1 month and are moderately difficult but if you got the key points right then you'll get good marks. But the way new curriculum is designed is way better than the old ones

Internships Opportunities

3

They support u to get a internship from campus but they don't if u get it from outside the clg and they throw tantrums for the noc (no objection certificate) and it is very frustrating for the students with backing of their parents in the market

Placement Experience

3

Students are eligible for on campus internships from the 6 th semester and for placements is the same but the main focus on the placement is when u get to 8 tu semester and if u got 80% in X , XII and in under grade with 8 gpa u will be eligible for most of the companies shortlisting criteria but they tend to prefer the students from ktr campus for the placements

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for the session of 2021 - 2025 is 221000 for a year and it is gonna get increased to 310000. Their is a scholarship program for those who have secured 90 to 95% and above 95% and ie 5% and 10 % respectively.

Campus Life

4

Ruhbaroo is the fest which happens without any fixed period but it is a good fest for the area and clg last time MC Square was there to perform in the fest ln the second day. The fest generally involves many activities in the span of two days

Admission

Should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 70 percent. Also, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics should have been studied as main subjects. However, the minimum percentage marks in the qualifying examination for SRM is 65%.

Faculty

4

The faculty were very supportive but their are always bad picks in the lot but overall the experience of the college life was good enough of you don't have the expectation of it being like the clg life shown on the movies .

Interview Experience

4

There was no gd rounds for the addmission test. The admission test was very basic and was based on the subject like science and maths that too till 12 th so it was pretty much in practice but the level of questions was a bit less than that of jee mains paper

Night Life

3

Their are restrictions on the hostelers as the need passes and all approved by warden and their parents and after they leave the clg they aren't responsible for their any actions and behaviour but around it is very chill

Course Curriculum Overview:

The institution itself claims that the B.Tech programme is designed to “develop the technical skills of aspirants” and emphasises modern tools and technologies. Some students say particular specialisations (e.g., CSE with AI/ML) are particularly “industry-ready”. The curriculum covers foundational engineering courses (physics, mathematics, basic engineering) in the early years and then branch-specific specialisations later. That breadth is good. Some student reviews point out that while the curriculum is generally relevant, it may lag in keeping up with the latest technology trends. For example:

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took admission in this course because of the upcoming oppourtunities in electronics field. The curriculmn is cut short only focuses the important stuuf we need to know. Unecessary subjects like chemistry has been removed. The daily shcedule is very hectic (9-5) we don't get time to study addtional stuff. The teaching methods can be improved though it's still good. As I told earlier about the FA system the exams occur almost every 2 weeks with 9-5 daily college. It becomes very hectic. If you refer to class notes and syllabus then it would not much difficult to score.
