Course Curriculum Overview

5

My course is Computer Science I chose this because it's my dream to become a software engineer so this course offered me a way to fulfill my dreams. The curriculum prepares me for real-world problems by making real projects to solve real problems faced in today world. The areas for improvement in the courses are they should add more labs for subjects like Machine learning and AI to develop a strong base. The timing of exam is 1 hour and 2 hour which is enough to solve the question paper

Internships Opportunities

5

The internship opportunities is also provided in 7 semester companies are coming to test students . There is a project required to show in resume and skills like programming languages should be listed in resume

Placement Experience

5

In our college students in 7 semesters are allowed to give interviews in companies. Companies visited in our college are Wipro, TCS and others. The highest package in our college is 20 Lakh and the average package is 5 Lakh. Student should have cgpa of 7.5 to get placed My plan is to get a good placement

Fees and Financial Aid

Over the year, the total fees I paid amounted to 230,000. The Tuition fee, a substantial part of the total cost, stood at 50000. In addition, the hostel fee accounted for rupees 75000. Another component is the development fee, which accounted for 55000. And the one-time fee which is the admission fee, accounted for 50000. My batchmates who are non-residents of the hostel paid a fee of 155000 per year

Campus Life

5

My overall experience of my campus life is very good i enjoyed a lot here with my friends . Our campus library carried more than sufficient books The facilities and technological provisions in the classrooms are enough . Sport activities are held but for short period and ground level.

Hostel Facilities

5

The hostel facility is also good the rooms are provided is well spaced and good . The meal quality is good and the menu carries new items every week. The registration process is simple you have to submit fees . I prefer hostel than PG

Admission

I applied in IMS College which is located at Ghaziabad from where I can purchase additional courses to improve my skills but unfortunately, I didn,t get admission so I decided to go with this college which is near to ganga ghat. I get a rejection from IMS College. The admission process is simple you have 70 % in 12 .

Faculty

4

The total faculty in our college is 30 and they have their own specialization, the relationship between the faculty and students is good. Our college teachers have their unique way to explain the concepts . The best faculties are Dr Cheetna Sharma , Dr Kuldeep Mishra I liked these two people just because they have a unique personality and way to talk with students Our exam is conducted in three form that are T1,T2 and T3 .

Night Life

5

The nightlife in our college is good students are allowed to walk till 10 pm in night. The hostel gym is good and the cafeteria is there but not enough food items are available The library is good and the public area is also present. Our hostel timing is for night is 10 pm and campus timing is 9 to 5 .

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
