The course curriculum in our collage is very good that are relevant to the modern application world.Here the mechanical engineering is good performing in our college and faculty also expert in their subject . The new courses are adding every year like AIML, python, Organizational behavour, economics like new courses are added means our college updating every year for better improvement and industry related study program it's make us to prepare well for the job.There is some practical courses are traditional which is not required in modern industry so they should update themselve to add new machinery things for better practical education.the exam difficulty is not very hard but in thermodynamics semester paper is quit hard so many students are faild in 3rd sem.

There is VLSI internship is giving this collage from this year with certificate. Most of the students go CTTC,Bhubneswar for internship program.Many students secure internship in various industries, including engineering ,technology and research organizations. The university often facilitates connection with companies and may provide resources to help students find suitable internship oppotunities.By the reference of prof and senior some students are go for internship for experience with certificate and some internship are paid internship also.

from 7th sem all students are eligible to placement but having no active backlogs. JSW , maruti suzuki, tata power ,TES, LnT,adani enterprise, etc come to our college for placement. The highest average package is given by maruti suzuki of 10 to 11 lakhs and average is 8 lakhs about 91 percent students are placed. My plans after geting degree from is take good placement from the collage or qualify gate exam and crack isro exam to join isro as scietist.

VSSUT Collage Fee for BTech:- As the year wise fee in first year i paid 89000. It include both collage and hostel fees means as our hostel fee we paid 48000 and collage fee is 41000 but, need not pay for 41000 that is to pay 36000 because during the ojee counsellinng i have paid 5000 as i am . So all total adding collage and hostel there is 89000 is paid during the first year.And then after the first year in the 2nd,3rd,4th year there is fee will pay in the semester wise.Every semester 38000 is paid for both hostel and collage fees.So during the 2nd,3rd and 4th year the fee will decrease to 76000 that is less than the admission year means it less then the second year. Scholarship:- -for normally there is odisha state scholarship available for all students who have parents income is less than 2Lakh per year. -Then also another scholarship name kalia yojona scholarship also student can apply where student can get paid of 50000 as scholarship money. -MMCPY Scholarship for ST and SC students available where every st and sc student can get all amount of collage fee as refund means all amount of money they invested will return to the student with if the student buy books or laptop for study purpose then also paid for these invested money by this scholarship MMCPY. -there are another private sholarship also students apply like jsw scholarship, scholarship by vssut alumni by which student can get help for collage admission fee if the student is very poor and can not pay the fees.

The annual festival inour college are vssaunt where we enjoyed so much in first year 2023. there is annual sports held in our college name as illumina giving us goos bumps.There is in every club held small competition exam for students these are very enjoyble. During the technical fest there is so many students show case there projects that is very amazing. Durig the annual fest we so much enjoyed the stage dance , singing performance. In the central library there is so many books have in library means all types of books refference are available in our library. The all class are smart class room where smart board are held in every class.The extra curricular activities are nss,ncc, many sports and cultural dance , singing program .

The hostel facility of our collage is quit good . There is all total 7 hostels for boys . There is ingeneral 4 students for one room available.The new hostel made where there is 2 almira for four student and for each students one bed,one table and one chair available.The food quality is not so good but it ok with these menu.The hostel fee is paid during the admission time.

Actually i applied this vssut,burla as my first priority because this is the top and number one engineering state government college in odisha as compared to another collage i applied for and also this college is famous for mechanical engineering as i also applied .So i wanted to get admission to this college and finally the admission also confirmed and i am very happy. No i can not get rejection from other collage as this is the no one state government college where i here. Another college i applied are poor in placement and those are not good in their campous curriculum as i heard so my college is best. The admission process of our college is at first we took perticipated in the ojee counselling process where we gave 5000/- then after the selection happened to this collage this college noticed intimation letter to very one and noticed us to pay the admission fee online. Then after we paid the money they notied us for offline document veryfication and we came to collage for document veryfication .After the document verification days after some day like after one week we came to collage with our bedding and they allotted us hostel.

Faculty The faculty to students ratio is thik that like in our class room 80 students sit in our class for every subject.In the lab class that is very good as student-faculty ratio because the in practical class very welly organised with group wise the all students. The course structure are like in first year and second year every semester wise there is 6 theory subjects and 4 practical subjects.Actually i like most of the practical class faculty they teach us very well in mechanical engineering and theory class faculty also good like i like Padmanav sir he teach us mechanics of solid , swagatika mam she teaches us material engineering very well.Obviosly some faculty i don,t like during the first yar chemistry faculty because of their strictness is feeling very hard strictness. the exam system is very good .The exam is held 2 time during the semester that is first mid semester held that is of 30 marks each subject and then 50marks of end semester happen in the last of the every semester . and remain 20 marks is on the hand of teacher that includes your attendence , class performance , class quizes and assignment we did given by our faculty. If any one faild in the semester exam then he/she can give supplimentary exam during the summer it is held.but the supplimentary question are very hard as compared to semester exam according to my friend said so it is better to don't back in any subject is best .

In our college vssut there is some clubs students are working late night . The main gate of our college india gate is looking very beautifull and this is my favourite place to hangout during night.The night cafe area cfc is feel good where we drink cafe, chai .The gym facility in our collage is also avail in our collage which is near the play field gymkhana but sad thing is the gym room is not opened for us the security guard saying the equipments are broked and not working machine are there in gym room so gym is not opening.But during the NBC came to our college the machine are in working condition but then when i go for gym then refuse to open the gym how many time we complain for gym. The library is very good there is every type of books available in the library . every types of technical books and also bhagbata books also there as spiritual book. The pulaha hostel is for btech first year students and msc and mtech student. this hostel is close very soon in evening like 6pm.
