What Students Say

Likes

Classes are good in ldce and with smart boards
There are some good faculties in the college
Fees is nominal considering the placement and infrastructure of college

Dislikes

Faculties do not come regularly to the college
Faculties are not interested in teaching extraordinary skills
I can't find any more disadvantages to join ldce

Course Curriculum Overview

Except some subjects like dsa os dbms there are many subjects like ai ml where you get to know only about theory part that too which is minimum 10 to 15 years old which will not help in real life so yeah the syllabus is not good

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 1500 per year

Placement Experience

The only thing to which i am proud of is placement where there are almost 70 to 80 percent in computer and it branches getting placed however the highest package is near about 12 lpa which is quite less

Fees and Financial Aid

Girls or any disabled people does not have to pay for fees and for others its 1500 per year and exam fees of 900 per sem and that too for backward classes like sc st obc its 50 percentage less in college fees

Campus Life

I don't think that you can get into great club involvement and the campus is good of ldce considering sports it's good and we have good cricket ground as well and also there is facilities for tt volleyball basketball etc

Admission

Placement record of ldce is quite good comparing with vgec or any other good tier 3 colleges and it is also good comparing with almost all private colleges except nirma daiict , it's good if you know to do things on your own

Faculty

Every class there are 70 to 80 students and the exams are according to gtu and in viva especially they do not care much and give marks accordingly to every students some faculties are good to students and some are not

Night Life

The surrounding of ldce is famous for its outside eating and the library(college time 11 to 5)and the reading rooms(open always )are also there We also have canteen and the hostel which is newly made is quite good

Placement Experience:

I am in my 7th semester and I was asked to apply. After beging rejected from two I was still provided the opportunity and in 4th attempt I finally made it. Likewise every student is provided ample chances and mostly in penultimate semester around 70% students are placed. Rest all get one final chance in the massive placements activity in the final semester.

Curriculum is very much relevant and upto the mark regular meetuing happen with student and teacher and some outside faculty also visit for checking of syllabus and exam difficulty is medium if you solve past year paper you can clear the exams.

I plans for higher study from top institute of india like IITs.

9sem are eligible for campus placement Not any great placements are their in college Highest placement was 64lpa and average is 5 lpa 80 %student are placed. Currently I don't have any plans but I will think off it soon

Placement of Ec are too high and nice : go for it

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester student get eligible for placements. Highest package was of 38 lpa Lowest package was of 10 lpa Average package is 15 lpa . This data is from last year . Placements are nice and good . I want the placements after degree. Average 92 % students get placed last year .

Best Government College

Placement Experience:

From 7th semeZester students become eligible for campus placements.There are lots of companies are visited like TCS,Reliance,ONGC and lots of famous company visited for the placements.They almost gives you a package of 4-5 lakh/annum so the basically the highest package of our college is 40 Lakh/Annume and the average package of our college is 4 to 5 Lakh/annum.Almost 70/75% students getting a placements.My plan after getting a degree is to get a government job,

I applied for Nirma College and pdu I was getting admission in those colleges as well but as per the fees and teaching perspective, this college is for better than those expensive colleges. I wanted to go in IIT but due to low rank I didn't get one. I didn't score enough to get admission in that college. In this college you can get admission through jee as well as gujcet plus board. "What's it's really like studying in LD College Of Engineering x

I choose this college over other colleges due to its fame and faculties. Yess lack of infrastructure was the problem but it's best goverment engineering college with minimum fees so you can afford it. It was my first choice and I got admission form acpc merit list and exams you need to score is gujcet and boards , you can also get admission through jee main scores.
