Course Curriculum Overview

4

The college curriculum is quite good as compared to other colleges in the state . The teachers actually try to teach and make students understand the topic. However there is some point of improvement in terms of focussing on practical skill development required for the course. The frequency of exams is good in terms of maintaning the continuous study routine. Good academic curriculum made my mind for this college.

Internships Opportunities

4

The college offers compulsory internship for 1 year . Overall internship experience is good . It allows students to interact with patient in real and deal with diseases. No incampus placement. Students can apply for job after internship . Stipend offered is roughly 7 thousand per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fee of MBBS course in 1185133 rupees per year with 150000 rupees hostel fee . Along with that 85000 rupees is the miscellaneous fee and 300000 security money which each student has to pay in the first year .As such there are no scholarship programs running in college for students for MBBS course . However students can opt for scholarship programs under uttar pradesh government to avail financial support for fre payment of the course .

Campus Life

4

Campus is spread in 250 acres . Beautiful campus offering 2 big play grounds . One cricket practice pitch. And football ground. Large and spacious library with all the needed books. Sports events occur at regular intervals every year. Annual fest is hosted by the college every year . Freshers party for first year students.

Hostel Facilities

4

Each room is triple sharing . It has 3 beds, 3 almirah, and 3 study tables and attaches washrooma and bathroom. Mess food quality is average. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with weekly schedule. Registration for hostel is fine in hostel itself in warden office. It's coat around 1.5 lac rupees per year. Average room rent price is 10-15 thousand per month in nearby locality.

Admission

The academic experience of the college is quite impressive if compared to other colleges. The management is although strict but not irrelevant imposing unnecessary fee and fines on students. The number of students appearing in supplementary exams is low as compared to nearby private colleges. NEET qualified students can fill this college is choice filling . Normal cutoff : 350.

Faculty

3

On an average every department in college has about 5-10 professors . Each batch has about 200 students . According to me , Dr.shobit in anatomy department is one of my favourite teachers in the college who are destined to teach in the department they are serving . His calm and understanding nature allows the students to ask their doubts without any hesitation and thinking twice. His presence of mind and in depth detail of the topics makes him exceptionally favourite of the students. Not only me, but most of the students praises his teaching tactics. His practical approach and interest in the subject further indulges the students to focus easily on topic being taught in class . Moreover, Dr.Rajeev ranjan in pharmacology department is another marvelous teacher in the college . His interactive classes are something which every student is in the need of , to score good in the exams . His inpressive way of story telling keeps the students attentive when the lectures begin to boring with lengthy topics. Dr.surbhi gupta in pharmacology department is very strict on maintaining discipline. Her repetitive scolding of students on wearing proper uniform is sometimes quite difficult for students to carry in positive manner . She often shouts in the classover small things like making even a small talk over taking a pen or not wearing a tie or name plate in the class. She often cuts attendance of students who don't wear proper dress . Students who wear crocs or slippers in class are often scolded by her . Although she is very good in teaching her subject but quite strict and don't bear even a single murmur in the class. Another teacher named Dr.Ruchi in physiology department is equally strict with regard to maintanence of discipline among students. She continuously warn students to study for long hours in order to pass in the exams .

Night Life

4

The college campus has all necessities like gym, cafe, general store and library. Along with that , the college has Mars resort with all the outlets of famous eating brands like dominos etc. hostel trimmings till 8:30 pm in evening. College timming 8am -4pm. Meera's bistro , malyana market and Romeo lane are nearby hangout places for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It was my dream destination career wise to choose MBBS . MBBS connects you to life and death the two most important aspects of being a human on this planet . Having a power to cure someone and make people smile and live again with health is something else. As in our India the population to doctor ratio is very less hence it's important for the young generation to understand and evaluate the decision of serving the country this way. MBBS is dream for many but reality for very few students all over the country. But the people reaching here face toxic culture also , as prestigious it is as disturbing sometimes it becomes , people over here do not understand the mental health of others So this aspect should be taken in to care and medicos should be handled with care by the society, government and also the seniors . The exams are big rat race , but it's really satisfying as a reader as you get to study and read a lot about medicine . So choose MBBS but not toxicity make your mind that you ll make it beautiful for yourself and also for your batchmates and juniors as well .
