Course Curriculum Overview

3

I chose this course becoz i was interested in the subject i wanted to know much deeper about it. The subject is good but the faculty doesn't make it interesting for you. You need to learn the subject yourself by using textbook or reference books. You will get 3 hours of time and very sufficient for completing the exam well

Placement Experience

3

We are given placements in different reputed companies like Concentrix, Dell, HP, Infosys, Canada life, Reliance etc., The package starts from 35,000 pm and goes upto 1,00,000 pm but not everyone gets such good packages. Around 40% of the people get recruited every year. I have a plan of starting my own start up company.

Fees and Financial Aid

We pay the fee each semester (30,000) For SC ST the semester fee is 25,000. Other fees extra courses during the semesters would cost around 5,000. I haven't got any of the scholarship benefits even after completing all the procedures properly

Campus Life

3

You will have different programs every month but you will not be given much time to prepare for it if u are gonna participate. You have around 5 to 6 clubs where you can become a member to any desired club and get certificates at the end. You don't have sports facilities. You just have NCC in which you can join and get recruited even in that way

Admission

I chose this college for the fee structure and grout the course. I had tried in St Joseph's University, Christ University, St Francis. I had got seat in St Joseph's University and Christ University but the fee was too costly it wasn't that affordable and in St Francis i didn't get the course i wanted. The admission process is very simple and easy you will not have any entrance exams

Faculty

2

Some college facilities are very kind and lovely to the students but the rest are too strict and impatient. It's my personal experience in this college i regret joining this college. Talking about the exams you will have two exams each semester one is for 40 marks and the other one for 80 marks 20 is your internals

Night Life

2

You don't have gym facility. You have a cafeteria which provides good quality food. You also have library facility the library is very big and you have a lot of books related to the syllabus and even apart from it like novels story books etc., and you also have digital library. I think we don't have college hostel facility, the campus timings are 9:00am to 5:00pm

Other Applied Colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

- curriculum specially for BA is not like how you see in other universities it's a comprehensive curriculum where your also studying subject like AI learning, data analysis, regional languages and so much more it is a comprehensive course which is not only focusing on your major but also on an overall development of you as a student.. - well we are not only getting in-class lectures but we also have a internal component of internship every year which helps us get an experience of real world situations and job market. -There is one course called numbers we have that could be improved it basically talks about mathematical in economic applications numerical implications particularly which has not been given more thought on it could be more elaborated and structured well. - frequency is high and difficulty is moderate usually.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students arw given chances to take exams and get job opportunities from there. Field trips and internships, orientations, talk shows are organized to prepare students further before stepping out for jobs. They can either take the placements they get or opt for higher studies, which is what i am doing as a degree in psychology alone does not grant a wide scope in the jobs spectrum.

Remarks:

I liked the course provided by this college. The subjects are different for every semester and the aura is splendid. This college provides a very good faculty which not only is good at keeping up with academics, but also is great in keeping a good rapport with their students. There is a whole variety of extra curricular activities which brings out the core personality of every student. I for a fact, had stage fear. But after I chose MIC, I really started getting over it.
