Fees and Financial Aid

Detailed Fee Structure Course Fee Structure I am currently pursuing my course BE CS IN DATA SCIENCE, where the total yearly course fee is ?1.5 lakh. Below is the breakdown of the fees for the complete course: CLASSROOMS: There is wifi in every class, digital TV etc. Tuition Fees: ?1,30,000 Other Compulsory Charges: ? For my batchmates from reserved categories (SC/ST) or those under management quota, the fees may vary: SC/ST Quota: i dont know (government subsidies apply) Management Quota: i dont know (includes additional management charges) It is worth noting that the fees have remained consistent in recent years, with no significant hike. Hostel and Food Review The hostel fee is ?1.2 lakh annually, which includes accommodation and food. The food provided in the hostel is of good quality, offering a balanced and hygienic diet that caters to diverse tastes and preferences. The rooms are well-maintained, with regular housekeeping services and necessary amenities like Wi-Fi is not free you have to pay 5000rs or you can divide and study areas. Scholarships and Financial Aid The institution offers several scholarships and financial aid options: 1. Merit-Cum-Need Scholarship 2. Government Scholarships for SC/ST Students: Full or partial fee waivers based on eligibility. 3. Private Trust Scholarships: Various scholarships ranging from ?10,000 to ?50,000 based on academic merit. 4. Institutional Waivers: Special discounts for students excelling in extracurricular or co-curricular activities. Conclusion The course fees are reasonable given the quality of education, facilities, and hostel services. The food is a standout feature, enhancing the overall hostel experience. With multiple scholarship opportunities.

For taking admission, first I called and asked a detailed admission process and review of this college through the number in the official website of the college. And then I sent all my relevant documents and appeared for admission.

Faculty

4

The curriculum of my course was excellent. It covered all relevant subjects in the BE CS in Data Science and provided more practical as well as theoretical knowledge. There were 2 internal exams and one final semester exam. 1 internal improvement exams provided. There are many extracurricular activities provided by the college and university. They conduct every event in a disciplined manner. College provide opportunities for the sports enthusiastics by conducting inter college matches. And they celebrate various events like college day, ethnic day, freshers day, department days etc

Interview Experience

4

I did not face any Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), or Written Test during my admission process to the CSE (Data Science) program at Yenepoya University. My admission was based on merit basis without any additional selection rounds. In many universities, especially private institutions, engineering admissions are often conducted through merit-based selection (based on board exam marks) and entrance exam scores (such as JEE Main, KCET, or COMEDK). In my case, I did not have to appear for any of these additional assessments. Since I did not have to go through these stages, my admission process was straightforward. Although I didn’t face these challenges during admission.

Night Life

4

The gym facility scheduled on morning and afternoon section for all the student who paid gym facility. Campus will open at 8.30 AM at morning and close 6.30 PM. Hostel facilities not bad. In the hostel all term and conditions will followed. We will hangout spot in last sem we went sons form and old house like all the old days items and using facilities. Hangout place is very good. Facilities of room at night is soo good and no tensions in the room facilities. Overall is good. There is also a ground in the hostel where you can play football, cricket etc. and the canteen is also big. There is WiFi in the hostel rooms but it is not free.
