Talking about my university, faculties are the best , they are very friendly , accademically its good ,
Every year tuition fee increase due to the course value and all the scholarships are available at oru university best college to join for medical field courses and all other course are available at our university
The college campus is very clean very good herbal garden good opd setups and good number of patients

Dislikes

Some times the hostel food in college is very bad to eat
Programs are very less in this college and this is one of the worst thing in this college
There is no much leave here so it was difficult to go hometown.i dont like it.

An in depth review of my college experience as a first year student : insights and expectations

Likes

i really like the college infrastructure a lot. The classrooms are modernised with air conditioners. There is a BENQ board in each classroom as well
The teachers and lecturers are all qualified. Their english is good, they know what they are teaching ( speaking behalf my course )
The discipline that the institution follows needs to be appreciated. The also provide for a lot of opportunities such as international conferences etc

Dislikes

cafeteria options are limited, there aren’t any events at all
college timings aren’t flexible at all..

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had psychology as one of my core subjects in 11th and 12th grade. I've always been interested in psychology and wanted to pursue a career related to this field, this course seemed to have what i was looking for, such as the subject of bio psychology, introduction to clinical psychology, clinical skills etc. The lectures always make sure to give a number of opportunities to grow. we have Self directed learning often on certain subjects. we are regularly asked to research on a topic ( in psychology) and make notes on it. i believe the teaching methods have been wonderful so far, it'd be nice if they take it a little slow though, some of the topics are very similar and could seem confusing.

The campus life in yenepoya university is best, the envirnoment around creates energy.
The teaching techniques, lecture then tutorial then practical then skill
The university and colleges are fully digitalized which helps in quick learning

Dislikes

the classroom bantches are uncomfortable, they should be changed
Rules in my collage I hate them I dont want all those rules
Stupid restrains in the name of discipline where few are senseless

Placement Experience:

Majority of students who got considerable marks they also get placed in good companies and the college handles the placement. There is a company within the campus called i dont exactly they have their own Internship plans.

Yenepoya Medical College

Our batch has 250 students. The number of girls is more compared to boys
The academics are really good. The faculty upload the ppt of the class in the website created for studies.
Yenepoya has good infrastructure and learning facilities.

Dislikes

Majority of the things are good in this college
Because we are a batch of 250 , faculties can't individually concentrate on a particular student
Rest all are good . I personally feel 8-4 class timeing is difficult

Course Curriculum Overview:

Daily we have 2 hours theory classes, 2 hours practical and 3 hours of clinical posting. Internal exams appear every 3 months and the duration of exam is 3 hours for main subject. The curriculum is well prepared for real world applications

Worth for the learning

Likes

The syllabus and curriculum of the university is really top notch.
The facilities and amenities are well developed and maintained
Provides professional teaching and learning.

Dislikes

The rules are quite strict. Certain rules are unnecessary
Fee payments are not liable for any delay.
Providing of uniform takes quite lengthy time.

The curriculum of my course was excellent. It covered all relevant subjects in the forensic science and provided more practical as well as theoretical knowledge. There were 2 internal exams and one final semester exam. 2 internal exams provided more room for improvement.

Bachelor of computer science is much easy and have only few subjects to study and it is not that much difficulty to study it's easy and understandable. For example they would give enough time to study.

The curriculum I liked most but our strength is too high to opte and difficult to manage
I like my faculties they are so friendly that I can share anything with them I liked it soo much
I loved the vibe of my college which is such a natury vibe

I hate the strength of my college they said that the maximum is only sixty seats big my strength is one twenty
Yeah cause of high strength the affects has been recorded to my studies it is totally a destruction
Other than that I love most of it but some I hate to go college

Placement Experience:

We good our admission with 3years of academic and 1 year of intership provided by college Talking about placement if there is vaccancy seat it is so easy to get a job because my college and hospital is a well known one

Well the campus is good but bit far there is vehicle facility from our college

Dislikes

One thing I would not like is there is no shops nearby since the college bus is on time , in case of going home urgently there is no vehicle
